FUTTIES Team 2 is almost here, and EA SPORTS FC 26 players don't have long to wait. The second wave of the summer's biggest promo is set to replace Team 1 cards currently sitting in packs, bringing a fresh batch of high-rated, fully customizable items along with it. EA Sports has stayed quiet on the full lineup, but a couple of names have already leaked through social media, and the release window is confirmed.
Who is in FC 26 FUTTIES Team 2?
EA Sports hasn't officially announced the complete Team 2 roster yet, but two names have surfaced through social media leaks ahead of the Friday drop.
- Thierry Henry
- Mia Hamm
Both are expected to arrive as part of the main team, which will also include Heroes and Icons as additional cards. The key thing to know about FUTTIES items: they carry ratings of 95 and above, and they come with no pre-assigned play styles. That means you can customize them exactly how you want, which makes them some of the most flexible cards in the game at this stage of the year.
Heroes and Icons work slightly differently. Those cards do come with default play styles already attached, so factor that into your planning before spending coins or tokens.

When does FUTTIES Team 2 release?
Team 2 goes live on Friday, July 31. Here are the exact times across major timezones:
This follows the same schedule EA Sports uses for all promos, so if you've tracked previous FUTTIES drops you already know the drill.
What else comes with FUTTIES Team 2?
Beyond the main player cards, expect a wave of supporting content alongside the Team 2 launch. FUTTIES promos typically bring fresh SBCs and objectives that reward additional FUTTIES items, giving you more paths to earning cards outside of packs.
There are also rumors of a second FUTTIES Re-Release batch dropping around the same weekend. The first FUTTIES Re-Release batch brought over 100 special cards back to packs, rated between 87 and 97, so a second wave would add even more options for players building out their squads.
How should you prepare for FUTTIES Team 2?
With the drop two days away, there are a few things worth doing now rather than scrambling on Friday.
Coins: Hold onto them. The transfer market typically spikes right after a new promo team releases as demand for chemistry links and SBC fodder goes up. Buying into that peak rarely pays off.
Fodder: If you plan to complete SBCs, start stockpiling tradeable duplicates and lower-rated cards now. FUTTIES SBCs tend to have reasonable requirements, but having fodder ready saves time.
FUTTIES Tokens: If you've been sitting on tokens, check what's available before Team 2 arrives. The Touchline Titan Evolution costs 500 FUTTIES Tokens and is worth planning around if you haven't picked it up yet.

For players still building their squad from scratch, getting the foundation right before dropping coins on promo cards matters more than most people think. A solid FC 26 FUT starter squad gives you the chemistry base to slot in FUTTIES cards without wasting their stats on broken links.
What's the difference between FUTTIES Team 1 and Team 2?
The structure is identical between both teams. Both feature cards rated 95+, both allow full play style customization on base items, and both include Heroes and Icons with preset play styles. Team 2 simply replaces Team 1 in packs and brings a new set of players.
The main practical difference is timing. Team 1 cards will no longer be available in packs once Team 2 launches, so the two teams don't overlap in the standard pack pool.
