Far Far West keeps its secrets well-hidden. The game never marks these locations on your map, which means most players will breeze past bell puzzles, lost children, and symbol slabs without ever knowing they exist. Completing them earns unique rewards and ties into in-game challenges, including unlocking the Far Far North map entirely. This guide covers every collectable and secret across all 6 maps, based on documented community findings as of late April 2026. Note that Far Far West is currently in early access, so some details may shift with future updates.
Far Far West is in early access. The secrets documented here reflect the current build. Locations and puzzle solutions could change in a future patch.
What are secrets and collectables in Far Far West?
Unlike standard bounty missions, secrets and collectables have no map markers. Each map area contains its own set of hidden interactions, from shooting bells in sequence to collecting mushrooms in a numbered order. Several of these feed into larger cross-map quests, particularly the Area 41 symbol puzzle and the quest chain that opens Far Far North.
The map areas covered are: Far West, Desert, Canyon, Woodland, Area 41, and Far Far North.
Far West secrets
Far West has 3 distinct secret clusters.
- Bell minigames (red logo locations): Three spots each have a bell on the ground. Interact with the ground bell to learn the correct shooting order, then shoot the bells in the sky in that sequence.
- Bell quest completion (orange logo): Once you finish all three bell minigames, head to the orange logo location. Climb to the bell at the top of the building and interact with it to complete the quest.
- Far Far North quest step (green logo): One location here contains a mission tied to the quest that eventually unlocks the Far Far North map.
- Area 41 symbol (purple logo): A single purple logo spot holds a symbol you will need later for the Area 41 puzzle. This is the symbol that goes on the slab with one dot.
Interact with the ground bell before shooting anything. The order changes based on how the sky bells appear, so do not guess.
Desert secrets
The Desert introduces a new type of collectable: lost children.
- Lost children (red logos with numbers): Multiple children are scattered across the map, each marked with a numbered red logo.
- Parents (orange logos with numbers): Each parent has a matching number. Return each child to their corresponding parent by matching the numbers on the logos. There is no required order for returning them.
- Area 41 symbol (purple logo): Another symbol for the Area 41 puzzle sits at the purple logo location. This one goes on the slab with two dots.

Match numbers to reunite families
Canyon secrets
Canyon has minigames that reward a physical item, plus contributions to both ongoing quest chains.
- Minigames (red logos): Three minigame spots are scattered across the Canyon. Complete all three to receive a medallion.
- Medallion placement (F logo): Once you have the medallion, find the spot marked with the 'F' logo and place it there to complete that secret.
- Far Far North quest step (orange logo): A second mission for the Far Far North unlock quest is located here.
- Area 41 symbol (purple logo): The Canyon's purple logo spot holds the third symbol for the Area 41 puzzle.
Woodland secrets
Woodland's main secret is a numbered mushroom sequence.
- Mushrooms 1 through 7 (red logos): Seven mushrooms are spread across the map, each numbered. You must interact with them in strict order from 1 to 7.
- Sequence completion (F logo): After touching all 7 mushrooms in order, head to the 'F' logo location to complete the secret.
- Area 41 symbol (purple logo): The fourth and final symbol for the Area 41 puzzle is at the purple logo spot in Woodland.
If you interact with the Woodland mushrooms out of order, the sequence will not register correctly. Start from mushroom 1 and work your way up.
How to complete the Area 41 secret
Area 41 is where the four symbols you collected across Far West, Desert, Canyon, and Woodland come together.
- Symbol input (red logo): Head to the red logo location in Area 41. You will find four slabs, each marked with a different number of dots.
- Enter the symbol from Far West on the slab with one dot.
- Enter the symbol from Desert on the slab with two dots.
- Continue for Canyon and Woodland in the same dot-count order.
- Far Far North quest step (purple logo): Area 41 also contains a mission for the Far Far North unlock quest.
You need all four symbols before visiting Area 41's red logo spot. Attempting the puzzle without collecting them all first will leave you short of inputs.
How to unlock Far Far North
Far Far North is the final map and requires completing a multi-step quest chain. Three of the quest steps come from specific locations in Far West (green logo), Canyon (orange logo), and Area 41 (purple logo). Once those are done, Far Far North opens up.
Far Far North: snowman parts
The secret in Far Far North involves collecting scattered snowman parts.
- Visit each red logo location to find a snowman part.
- Walk over each part to roll it toward the 'F' logo spot on the map.
- Once all parts are assembled at that spot, the task is complete.
