Method 1: Daily quests
Each day, one quest will appear that lists a Nova Crystal as a reward. Complete it and you pocket 1 crystal. That sounds like a small return, but even a single crystal can unlock meaningful upgrades from the Nova Shop, so skipping these is leaving progress on the table.
The key habit here is checking your quest board every session. Only one quest per day carries this reward, and it rotates, so you cannot batch them or save them up. Treat it like a daily login bonus that requires a small amount of effort.
Method 2: Super Rebirth
This is where serious Nova Crystal farming actually happens. Triggering a Super Rebirth delivers a large batch of Nova Crystals in one go, and the amount scales with your current Rebirth level. The higher you are when you activate it, the bigger the payout.
Waiting until around level 23 before triggering a Super Rebirth gives you a substantially better return than doing it early.
