Forza Horizon 6 drops you into Japan with a lot of content waiting to be unlocked, and if you paid for the Premium Edition, you want every bit of it working from the moment you hit the open world. The bonuses don't appear at the title screen or through any email redemption code. They're sitting in a specific menu tab, and you won't see them until you clear a short stretch of the intro. Here's exactly what you're getting and how to reach it.
What does the Premium Edition include?
Before getting into the steps, it helps to know what you're actually claiming. The Premium Edition bundles together several distinct reward categories.
The Car Pass is also included in the Deluxe Edition, so that particular perk isn't exclusive to the top tier. Everything else listed above is Premium-only.
The Italian Passion Car Pack was confirmed as part of the Premium Edition but had not been added to the game as of the May 14 launch date. Check the bonus menu periodically for its arrival.

How to access your Premium Edition bonuses
Step 1: Complete the intro sequence
The bonus menu is locked until you finish the opening section of the game. Playground Games gates it behind the introductory races, which walk you through several race categories available in Japan. You can't skip this section, so just run through it. It takes maybe 15 to 20 minutes depending on how fast you drive.
Step 2: Qualify for the opening festival event
After the introductory races, the game briefs you on the Forza festival happening in Japan. You'll need to qualify for the opening event, which serves as your formal entry into the festival structure. Once that's done, the open-world map becomes accessible.
Even though the open world opens up after qualifying, your activity options are limited at this early stage. Head straight to the bonus menu before getting distracted by the map.
Step 3: Open the main menu and navigate to the final tab
Press Esc on PC or the pause button on a controller to open the main menu. Navigate to the last tab in the menu. That's where all your Premium Edition bonuses are waiting. The car packs, VIP status, and Car Pass information are all accessible from this single location.

Step 4: Collect your cars
All cars from the available packs transfer directly into your garage. You don't pay credits for them, and they're immediately race-ready. At launch, the Time Attack Car Pack and Welcome Pack cars were confirmed available. The Italian Passion Pack cars will appear in this same menu once Playground Games adds them.
How does the VIP Membership work?
The VIP Membership activates automatically when you own the Premium Edition. No manual claim required. The headline benefit is the 2x credits multiplier on every race, which stacks on top of any difficulty bonuses you're already earning. If you're planning to build up your garage quickly, this is the perk that does the most work over time. Check out the Forza Horizon 6 credit farming guide for more ways to maximize your earnings alongside the VIP bonus.
VIP benefits are tied to your account, not a redeemable code. If you're playing on a shared console or a different profile, confirm you're logged in with the account that purchased the Premium Edition.

When do Car Pass vehicles release?
The Car Pass delivers 30 cars across a weekly schedule. The first Car Pass car was set to arrive on May 19, 2026. After that, Playground Games releases one car per week until the pass is complete. You don't need to do anything special to receive them; they should appear in your garage or bonus menu on their release date.
The Car Pass is included in both the Premium Edition and the Deluxe Edition, so owners of either version get access to the same weekly drops. If you want to know which vehicles are worth prioritizing once your garage starts filling up, the full Forza Horizon 6 car list covers every confirmed vehicle and the best ways to use them.
What if a bonus isn't showing up?
If you've cleared the intro and navigated to the final menu tab but something is missing, a few things are worth checking.
- Confirm your game edition. The Premium Edition and Deluxe Edition share the Car Pass, but only Premium includes the VIP Membership and both car packs.
- The Italian Passion Car Pack was not available at launch. Its absence from the menu at day one is expected.
- If the Time Attack or Welcome Pack cars aren't in your garage, close the game fully and relaunch. License verification sometimes needs a fresh connection.
- Make sure you're logged into the account that owns the Premium Edition, especially on PC through Xbox App or Steam.
Playground Games has not announced a specific date for the Italian Passion Car Pack beyond confirming it as part of the Premium Edition. Check official Forza social channels for timing updates.
