pulling for the new 5⭐️ outfit ...

What are Diamonds and why do you need them?

Diamonds are the top-tier currency in Infinity Nikki, and almost everything worth chasing runs through them. Each seasonal update brings new limited-time outfit banners, and Diamonds are what you spend to pull from those banners. More Diamonds means more pulls, more pulls means a better shot at completing each ensemble, and completing ensembles can unlock new abilities for Nikki on top of looking great. There is a secondary use for Diamonds (topping up Vital Energy), but Energy Crystals handle that job better, so treat Diamonds as your banner budget.

How do Diamonds actually work on banners?

Every limited-time outfit banner in Infinity Nikki runs for roughly one month, tied to the seasonal update cycle. You spend Diamonds to make pulls, and the more pulls you stack before a banner closes, the higher your odds of assembling the full outfit. The game has added a rerun feature since launch, which gives newer players a second chance at outfits they missed and lets veterans go back for banners they were under-resourced for the first time around. That rerun system takes some pressure off, but it does not eliminate the need to keep your Diamond reserves healthy season to season.

Best free ways to get Diamonds in Infinity Nikki

Daily Wishes: the easiest 90 Diamonds per day

The Daily Tasks menu holds your Daily Wishes, a set of simple objectives that collectively pay out up to 90 Diamonds when completed. Most of them take only a few minutes: snap a photo, craft a sketch, upgrade a Eureka, use the Dig feature through Pear-Pal, or run a quick trial in the Realm of Darkness or Realm of Eureka. Finishing these right when you log in sets a clean rhythm and means you always start a session with fresh currency in your pocket.

Mira Crown Pinnacle Contest: up to 900 Diamonds per run

This is the single biggest Diamond payout available to free players. To access it, you first need to complete at least the third round of the regular Mira Crown Styling Contest, which is always available. Once unlocked, the Pinnacle Contest runs eight rounds of style challenges and lasts roughly half a seasonal cycle, meaning you can complete two Pinnacle Contests per season if you stay on top of them.

Each round scores you 1 to 3 stars based on how well your outfit matches the requested theme and labels. Hit perfect scores across all eight rounds and the cumulative payout reaches 900 Diamonds. Earn 12 stars or more and you also receive Sparklite tokens, redeemable in the Sparklite Store for Resonite and Revelation Crystals, which feed directly into your pulling power.

Hidden treasure chests: hundreds of Diamonds across each region

Every region in Miraland contains a large number of scattered treasure chests, and opening them is one of the most reliable passive Diamond sources in the game. Basic chests contain 5 Diamonds each, while the rarer glowing chests hold 30 Diamonds apiece. A thorough sweep of a single region during one session can net potentially hundreds of Diamonds on top of bonus drops like Blings, Threads of Purity, and occasional outfit sketches.

These chests do not respawn once opened, but Miraland keeps expanding with each update, so there will consistently be new ones to find as content grows.

Quest rewards: the foundation you should never skip

Every region ships with a long list of quests, and the majority of them pay out Diamonds as part of their reward pool. Beyond the story quests tied to each seasonal update, the world is full of standalone side quests and small questlines scattered across the map. The Events menu also surfaces additional seasonal world quests each patch. Treating quest completion as a background habit rather than a chore means a steady Diamond income that adds up faster than it looks.

Event challenges: tiered rewards with bonus chests inside

The 'Fun to Play' tab in the Events menu holds the season's tiered event challenges. Each stage asks you to complete an instanced objective, and clearing it pays out a solid batch of resources including Diamonds. Some challenge instances even hide extra treasure chests inside for players who look around rather than rushing to the exit. Completing these challenges can also contribute progress toward other event tracks, including ones that offer full outfits as grand prizes.

Glow Up outfits: a passive Diamond source most players ignore

The Glow Up feature, accessed through the Pear-Pal menu, lets you boost any outfit's stats using Shiny Bubbles, Blings, and Threads of Purity. Outfits start with a cap of Level 10, then push to max level using themed Glitter Bubbles or Swirl Bubbles matched to the outfit's style type (for example, a Cool-themed outfit needs Cool-type bubbles). Reaching max level on an outfit pays out Diamonds or Resonite/Revelation Crystals depending on rarity. It is not the flashiest method, but it rewards you for doing something you would be doing anyway.

Folklore games and overworld mini-games: small payouts that stack

Scattered across each major region are suitcase-sized Folklore box games, each themed around that region's culture. Completing them pays a small Diamond reward per clear. More importantly, once you hit certain completion thresholds within a region, the local box game expert NPC (such as Ciceto in Wishfield or Gulitott in Itzaland) will reward you with additional Diamonds. Track your progress in the Folklore Guide inside the Pear-Pal menu and watch for the red notification that signals a payout is waiting.

Separate from the Folklore boxes, regular overworld mini-games are found throughout Miraland. Start them by talking to the NPC at the small check-in booth nearby. Each one pays Diamonds on first-time clear.

Is the Monthly Gift worth buying?

If you are going to spend anything in Infinity Nikki, the Monthly Gift is the most efficient option by a wide margin. Found in the 'Treasure' tab of the in-game store, it costs $5 and delivers 90 Diamonds automatically each day you log in, plus 300 Stellarites on purchase that you can convert into more Diamonds or use in the fashion store.

The catch: missed login days mean missed Diamonds with no way to recoup them. The pass does not bank unearned days.

Building a sustainable Diamond routine

The players who never feel short on Diamonds are not necessarily the ones spending money. They are the ones treating Diamond collection as a daily habit rather than a panic response before a banner closes. Complete Daily Wishes every session. Run both Mira Crown Pinnacle Contests each season. Explore new regions thoroughly when they drop. Check the Folklore Guide notification regularly. Stack event challenges as soon as they open.

Do all of that consistently and the 900-Diamond Pinnacle Contest payouts, combined with daily 90-Diamond drips from Daily Wishes, keep your reserves in decent shape across most seasons without touching your wallet.
