About DeFi Kingdoms

DeFi Kingdoms is a web3 play-to-earn game that blends RPG mechanics with decentralized finance. Players assemble hero teams with distinct stats, classes, and appearances, then send them on quests to gather resources, earn tokens, and level up. Combat happens in DFK DUEL against other players or in the Combat Testing Grounds against mythical creatures. The game includes a decentralized exchange for asset trading and runs cross-chain on Klaytn and Avalanche. Two fantasy realms, Serendale and Crystalvale, each offer different resources, zones, and objectives.

The tournament ladder starts with Daily Skirmishes: 16-player brackets running twice daily, Monday through Friday. Entry costs $5, and top finishers earn Qualifier Tokens needed to enter higher-tier events like Weekend Warrior Tournaments or the Revengers bracket.

Rewards and Tournament Structure

Weekend Warrior Tournaments run every Saturday and Sunday. Entry requires a $10 fee plus a Qualifier Token from Daily Skirmishes. The top two finishers split $100, treasure chests, and a tradable Qualifier Token for Champion Invitational Tournaments. Players who place third or lower still receive a non-tradable Qualifier Token for the Revenger's Champion event, keeping them in the competition pipeline.

The Revenger's Champion tournament happens every six weeks with 32 participants. Entry costs $20 and requires the appropriate Qualifier Token. Winners take home $300, treasure chests, and a tradable Qualifier Token for the All-Star Tournament. The Champion Invitational Tournament runs weekly with 16 players, a $20 entry fee, and the same Qualifier Token requirement. Top two finishers advance to the All-Star Tournament, and the winner also claims $1,000 plus additional rewards.

All-Star Tournament and Grand Prize

The All-Star Tournament caps the series with 16 of the best players from Champion Invitational and Revenger's Champion brackets. Entry costs $200 and requires a Qualifier Token from one of those two events. The winner walks away with $10,000, exclusive NFTs, and other in-game rewards.

The Gold Rush Open runs once every four weeks as an alternate qualification route. Entry costs $20 in DFKGOLD tokens and offers another shot at reaching Champion Invitational or Revenger's tournaments.

Spectators can participate through sponsored match predictions. Most matches will offer prediction pools where correct guesses earn rewards, turning watching into an active strategic exercise rather than passive observation.
