Flowtica has announced its Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2026 promotions, offering discounts of up to 30% across its Scribe AI Recorder Pen range and accompanying accessories. The campaign includes savings on the new Scribe Field Kit, Scribe AI Recorder Pen and Charging Case bundle, as well as annual subscriptions to the company's AI-powered note-taking platform.
The promotions are available through the Flowtica Official Store from November 10 to November 30, with Amazon US and Amazon UK deals running from November 19 to November 30. The discounts target professionals, students, journalists, consultants and business teams looking for ways to simplify meeting recordings, transcription and note-taking.
At the centre of the promotion is the Flowtica Scribe, an AI-powered recording device built into a premium gel pen. Designed for in-person meetings, interviews, lectures and client conversations, the device combines audio recording with AI transcription, searchable notes, speaker recognition and automated follow-up tasks. Its features are intended to help users concentrate on conversations without having to manually document every detail.
Flowtica Scribe Field Kit Receives 30% Black Friday Discount
The largest discount in Flowtica's Black Friday lineup applies to the new Scribe Field Kit, which combines the Scribe AI Recorder Pen, Charging Case and Flowtica Folio notebook into one package.
The Field Kit will be available for $181.30, reduced from its original $259 price, representing a saving of $77.70. The offer runs from November 10 to November 30 through the Flowtica Official Store, with the same discounted price available on Amazon US from November 19 to November 30.
The Flowtica Folio is designed to complement the recorder pen, featuring a cover made from 100% recycled leather in Cognac. It includes a dedicated pen strap, two card slots and a swappable notebook insert. Its pages also support Flowtica's Snap It feature, allowing users to photograph handwritten notes through the companion app and convert them into clean, searchable digital documents.
The app can also generate memos and follow-up actions from captured pages, keeping handwritten notes alongside recorded meetings.
The Scribe itself offers up to 30 hours of recording on a single charge, extending to 100 hours when used with the included Charging Case. Its microphones can capture voices from up to five metres away and support the separation of up to 15 speakers.
Flowtica Scribe and Charging Case Bundle Offers Up to 22% Off
The Scribe AI Recorder Pen and Charging Case bundle is another key part of the Black Friday promotion, with discounts available through the official store and Amazon.
The bundle normally costs $209, but its price will fall to $163.02 through the Flowtica Official Store between November 19 and November 30 when customers apply the code FLOW22. This represents a saving of $45.98, or 22%.
Amazon US customers can purchase the bundle for $167.20, reduced from $209, while Amazon UK customers will receive a 20% discount, bringing the price down from £189 to £151.20.
The Charging Case adds up to 70 hours of recording capacity to the pen's built-in 30-hour battery, providing up to 100 hours of recording time between wall charges. The pen automatically recharges when returned to its case, which uses USB-C charging.
The case also supports Apple Find My, allowing users to locate it through the Find My application on compatible Apple devices.
During recordings, the Scribe's FlowMark key allows users to highlight important moments. A single click marks a significant section of a conversation, while a double click creates a follow-up task. The accompanying Flowtica app then uses these markers to organise meeting summaries, highlight important discussion points and identify outstanding actions.
The device is also MFi certified, supporting FlowTran, a feature that automatically transfers recordings to the Flowtica app in the background when the pen is within Bluetooth range of an iPhone.
Once a recording has been processed, users can access structured summaries and search previous conversations by topic, speaker or task. The system is designed to make it easier to retrieve information from earlier meetings without listening through entire recordings.
The bundle is available in Silver Gray and Satin Gunmetal and includes three months of Flowtica Premium, providing 1,200 AI minutes per month.
Standalone Flowtica Scribe Also Receives Black Friday Savings
Customers who do not require the additional Charging Case or Folio notebook can purchase the standalone Scribe AI Recorder Pen at a reduced price.
The device normally retails for $159, but the Flowtica Official Store will offer it for $124.02 from November 19 to November 30. Customers can access the 22% discount by entering the code FLOW22 at checkout.
Amazon US and Amazon UK will also offer the standalone pen at a 20% discount during the same period. The US price will fall to $127.20 from $159, while the UK price will decrease from £159 to £127.20.
The Scribe features studio-grade MEMS microphones integrated into its barrel, alongside a conventional gel pen design. It weighs 34.5g, measures 151mm in length and is available in Silver Gray and Satin Gunmetal.
The device includes 32GB of internal storage, which Flowtica states can accommodate approximately 4,000 hours of audio. Recording begins when users press the button on the pen, with an indicator light flashing throughout the recording process.
Flowtica also highlights its approach to data security. Recordings are encrypted and stored in the United States, and the company states that it does not sell user data or use recorded conversations to train AI models without explicit permission.
The Scribe can also be used without a paid subscription. Its free plan includes 300 AI transcription minutes per month, alongside unlimited local transcription. Premium and Unlimited subscriptions provide additional AI minutes for users with more demanding recording schedules.
