The Festival Playlist keeps rolling in Forza Horizon 6, and this week's theme is Italian Exotics. Lamborghini, Ferrari, Maserati, Lancia and more are front and center for the next four weeks, with new unlockable cars dropping each rotation. The headline earners this week are the De Tomaso Pantera GT5 1984 at 20 points and the Maserati MC12 2004 at 40 points. Before you go chasing those, though, there's a Treasure Hunt with 100,000 CR attached to it that you'll want to knock out first.
Where the Nangan Region chest is hiding
The Nangan Region Treasure Hunt drops the clue "Follow the Photo Clue to Discover the Treasure!" which, as usual, tells you almost nothing useful on its own. Here's the lowdown on the actual location.
The chest sits inside the Irokawa Space Centre, tucked into the south-eastern corner of the Nangan region. Fast travel to the runway that points toward the rocket at the north-eastern end of the facility, then turn right before you reach the runway's end. You're looking for a cluster of buildings decorated with pipes, tanks, and industrial equipment. The chest is sitting in the centre of that building cluster, waiting to be smashed.
Smash it, collect your 100,000 CR and 3 playlist points, and move on.
What else is live in the playlist this week
Beyond the Treasure Hunt, the week has two other activities worth completing if you're grinding playlist points.
The Photo Challenge this week is tagged #PetalPower and asks you to photograph any Ferrari at Shikisai-no-Oka, a flower field in the western part of the Hokubu region. Pull up the camera with Up on the D-pad, frame the shot, and tap A to confirm. The reward is the Pink Sports Coat clothing item.
The Weekly Challenge is called Do-It-All Dino and requires the Ferrari Dino 246 1969 specifically. You need 6 stars at Speed Traps, 2 Road Race wins, and a photo of the car. Completing all three earns 5 points and 25,000 CR.
There's also a new dealership to check out near the Horizon Stadium in the Shimanoyama region, which launched alongside this week's playlist update.
Building toward the bigger playlist rewards
The Italian Exotics theme runs for four weeks, so there's time to accumulate points across multiple rotations. The Nangan Region Treasure Hunt is one of the faster point grabs available right now, and the 100,000 CR payout makes it worth doing even if you're not actively chasing the playlist cars.
For players working through every chest across Japan's map, the Forza Horizon 6 all Treasure Car locations guide covers the full set needed for the Treasure Hunter achievement. If you missed earlier Treasure Hunts like the Minamino or Ohtani chests, the Forza Horizon 6 guides collection has dedicated breakdowns for those too, with exact map positions and approach directions.
