Nexon's upcoming ecosystem token, NXPC, launches alongside its new MMORPG, MapleStory N, on May 15. Developed by Nexpace, Nexon's web3-focused subsidiary, NXPC will undergo its Token Generation Event (TGE) on the same day as the game's debut. Binance will be the first exchange to list the token, with trading officially opening on May 15.

Starting May 13, users who have earned Alpha Points can claim their NXPC airdrop by visiting the Binance Alpha event page. This early availability gives eligible participants a chance to receive the token before it becomes publicly tradable.
NXPC's inclusion in Binance Alpha is a significant step for the MapleStory Universe. Only a handful of web3 gaming tokens have previously appeared on the platform, including The Sandbox (SAND), Off The Grid (GUN), Pixels (PIXEL), and Axie Infinity (AXS). The listing reflects growing industry recognition of Nexon's push to extend its intellectual property into the web3 space.

NXPC functions as the primary ecosystem token for the MapleStory Universe, a web3 expansion of the long-running MapleStory franchise. In the six days prior to May 12, over 1.5 million MSU Scrolls were minted on the project's Avalanche L1 network. This figure indicates early interest and engagement from the community, pointing to strong momentum ahead of the full launch.
