- Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon (PS5) hits $29.99, down 50%. FromSoftware fans who skipped it at launch have no excuse now.
- 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (PS4) is $14.99, a 75% discount. Vanillaware's visual novel and strategy hybrid remains one of the most underplayed games of the last generation.
- A Plague Tale: Innocence (PS5) is down to $7.99, an 80% cut. Asobo Studio's historical adventure holds up well and uses the DualSense in ways that still impress.
- Celeste (PS4) is $4.99. If you have not played it yet, there is no more reasonable entry point.
The community reaction is mixed, but the deals are real
Player sentiment around the sale is complicated by broader frustration with Sony's direction on physical media. A vocal portion of the community has noted that some titles appear at the same discounts as previous sales, and a few prices that looked new are actually repeats. That criticism has merit in spots.
