The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) is returning to London this December for the first-ever RLCS Club Championship, with $2.5 million up for grabs across the new competition.
The event, referred to as “LANdon,” will take place at the Copper Box Arena from December 9-13. The tournament will introduce a new competitive format for Rocket League esports, operating separately from the existing RLCS Major structure.
RLCS Club Championship Comes to London
The RLCS Club Championship will bring together 24 clubs for its inaugural event. Psyonix will directly invite 20 clubs to participate, while the remaining four places will be decided through an Open Online Qualifier beginning in November.
Further details on the qualifier, including registration information and eligibility requirements, are expected to be announced before sign-ups open.
The 24 selected clubs will compete in London during the Club Championship Kickoff before continuing through regional online league play. The results of that stage will determine which teams qualify for the 16-team Club Finale LAN in 2027.
The new format gives clubs an additional competitive path outside the established RLCS Major system, while also introducing a longer-term route toward the 2027 Club Finale.
$2.5 Million Prize Pool Available
The RLCS Club Championship will feature a total prize pool of $2.5 million, which will be distributed among the participating clubs throughout the competition.
The event's initial London stage will run from December 9-13, with the Copper Box Arena opening its doors to a live audience from December 11-13.
The return to the Copper Box Arena also marks another major Rocket League esports event in London, a city that has previously hosted RLCS competition.
RLCS Club Championship Tickets and Schedule
The Club Championship Kickoff will begin on December 9 and continue through December 13. Fans will be able to attend the final three days in person at the Copper Box Arena.
