The game is structured around two main components: BASE and TRIALS. In the BASE system, players manage their BEASTs, stake the native token (TGT), and breed new characters. TRIALS serves as the player-versus-player combat area and includes modes such as Matchup, Arena, and Championship. The platform also features a prediction mechanic, enabling players to bet in-game currency on match outcomes, adding another layer to player engagement.

TOKYO BEAST is free to play and designed to be accessible to both traditional (web2) and blockchain-native (web3) users. A cryptocurrency wallet or prior experience with NFTs is not required to participate, removing a common barrier to entry in web3 games.
