TOKYO BEAST Event Offers $160K Rewards

TOKYO BEAST, a new auto-battler strategy game set in a futuristic version of Tokyo, has launched its Special Early Access event ahead of its global release scheduled for June 8. The limited-time campaign, which began on June 1, offers a total of $160,000 in daily lottery rewards for players who participate in early gameplay. The event is hosted on the Immutable platform and is part of a broader rollout aimed at introducing the game to the web3 gaming audience.

TOKYO BEAST is set in the year 2124, in a reimagined Tokyo where humans coexist with sentient androids known as replicants. The game’s central feature is XENO-Karate, a fictional sport that combines martial arts with strategic combat. Players collect and upgrade BEASTs—replicant NFT characters used for combat—and engage in battles to rise through the rankings.

The game is structured around two main components: BASE and TRIALS. In the BASE system, players manage their BEASTs, stake the native token (TGT), and breed new characters. TRIALS serves as the player-versus-player combat area and includes modes such as Matchup, Arena, and Championship. The platform also features a prediction mechanic, enabling players to bet in-game currency on match outcomes, adding another layer to player engagement.

TOKYO BEAST is free to play and designed to be accessible to both traditional (web2) and blockchain-native (web3) users. A cryptocurrency wallet or prior experience with NFTs is not required to participate, removing a common barrier to entry in web3 games. The game will officially launch on the Immutable platform on June 8, with full features available at that time.

Gameplay, Rewards, and Access

The Special Early Access event is restricted to 3,000 participants who were selected through a closed registration process. While initial applications have ended, additional access is still being granted through game night events, social media giveaways, and activity on the official TOKYO BEAST Discord server. This limited participation increases the probability for individual players to earn a share of the daily lottery rewards. Access is contingent on securing a unique serial code, which remains in circulation through community engagement channels.

Players involved in the event will compete in Matchup mode, a 4v4 auto-battler format that requires strategic team composition and planning. Matches are automated, with players setting up their BEASTs—genetically enhanced replicant fighters—in advance. The outcome of each match is determined by pre-match decisions including team setup, positioning, and synergy. The goal is to reduce the opposing team's health points to zero.

Lottery entries are earned through daily activity including logins, mission completions, and in-game stamina usage. The prize pool of $160,000 is distributed across each day of the event, allowing active participants multiple chances to win. In addition to in-game rewards, a social media campaign titled "Share Your Lottery Win" is also underway. Participants who repost official content using the hashtag #SEA_EARN are eligible for additional rewards in the form of TGT tokens. Posting a screenshot of a lottery win using both #SEA_EARN and #TokyoBeast qualifies players for a higher-value token prize draw.

Development Milestones and Community

The Special Early Access event follows a series of staged rollouts by the TOKYO BEAST development team. In April, a closed beta event featured 200 players and offered $20,000 in token rewards, with the top prize going to the tournament winner. In May, the team introduced the Tokyo Games Token (TGT), which serves multiple functions within the game ecosystem including staking, breeding, upgrading, and participating in prediction markets.

A limited-edition VIP Card NFT was also released, with only 500 units made available. These NFTs grant holders access to exclusive in-game events, early testing phases, and priority for future airdrops. In March, TOKYO BEAST formalized a partnership with Immutable to support its in-game economy and tournament infrastructure, providing the technical foundation for scaling the game globally.

Final Preparations for Global Launch

With the global release set for June 8, the Special Early Access event serves not only as a testing ground but also as a player engagement opportunity. Participants can influence early leaderboards, explore the game’s mechanics, and potentially earn significant rewards ahead of the official launch. The development team continues to hold events and collaborations to build momentum, including a scheduled Game Night on June 6 featuring gameplay demonstrations hosted by web3 gamer and former Fortnite professional @xButko98.

TOKYO BEAST aims to establish a presence in the evolving web3 gaming space by combining accessible design with blockchain-integrated features. The current event marks a key step in the game's rollout and provides early adopters with both gameplay insight and earning opportunities before the full launch.
