Paralives is full of small surprises, and the stamp collection is one of the best examples. Nobody expected a life sim to turn weekly utility bills into something worth looking forward to, but here we are. Paralives managed to hide a genuinely satisfying collection mechanic inside the most mundane parts of everyday Para life, and completing all 24 stamps is a slow-burn goal worth chasing.
What is the stamp collection in Paralives?
The stamp collection is a household-level collectible system built around the mail your Paras receive. Every letter that arrives comes with a stamp attached in the upper right corner. There are 24 unique stamps total, and collecting them all means paying attention to mail you might otherwise dismiss. The collection lives in your Household Inventory and tracks which stamps you have and which you still need.
Unlike the Museum or Community Center donations, stamps come to you passively. You do not need to explore the world or craft anything. You just need to open your mail and click the stamp before moving on.

How to find the stamp collection
To view your progress, click the Household Inventory button on the left side of the screen. It sits between the Goals and Social tabs and looks like a box icon. Once the inventory opens, select See Collection in the bottom right corner of the pop-up. The full grid of 24 stamps will appear, with collected ones displayed in full and missing ones shown as outlines.
How do you get stamps in Paralives?
Every piece of mail your household receives carries a stamp. Click the stamp in the upper right corner of any letter to peel it off and add it to your collection. If you already own that stamp, a pop-up will tell you so. The stamp is still worth clicking just to confirm, but you will not receive a duplicate entry in your collection.
Here are all the ways mail arrives:
- Weekly bills: Every Monday your household receives a utilities bill. This is the most reliable stamp source since it arrives on a fixed schedule without any extra effort on your part.
- Work warning letters: Getting a strike at work generates a letter, and that letter has a stamp. Not ideal for your Para's career, but useful for the collection.
- Ordered items: Click on your Parafolk and select Order, then choose either Diamond Ring or Flowers. Both arrive by mail and each delivery includes a stamp.

How long does it take to complete the stamp collection?
The short answer: longer than you think. There are 24 stamps and the draw is random, so duplicates are inevitable. The absolute best-case scenario is 24 weeks with no repeated stamps, but that almost never happens in practice. Most players report taking several in-game years to finish the collection.
Ordering flowers and diamond rings speeds things up by adding extra mail on top of the weekly bill, but there is no way to guarantee a specific stamp. Patience is the main requirement here.
Can you use cheats to get stamps faster?
Yes. The GENERATEMAIL cheat command instantly delivers any mail that is already scheduled for your mailbox. It does not create new mail from nothing, so you still need pending deliveries for it to work. Think of it as skipping the wait rather than generating extra stamps out of thin air.
This cheat is handy if you have placed an order and do not want to wait for delivery, but it will not replace the grind of waiting for the weekly bill cycle.
What happens to your collection when you switch households?
The stamp collection is tied to the household, not the save file. If you switch to a different household within the same save, that household has its own separate collection starting from zero. Progress does not carry over between households.
This also means that if you start a brand new save, you begin the collection from scratch. Plan accordingly if you are aiming for completion before switching focus to another family.
What do you get for completing the stamp collection?
Right now, finishing all 24 stamps does not unlock a reward beyond the satisfaction of completion. The collection screen fills out, and that is it. Given that Paralives is still in Early Access, this could change with future updates, but for now the collection is purely for players who enjoy the completionist side of life sims.
That said, the mechanic itself is genuinely clever. Bills and warning letters are normally just friction in a life sim. Paralives turns them into something you actually want to see arrive.
