The Witch Kitty is one of those FischFright 3 rewards that sounds simple until you actually go looking for it. It's a small, green-glowing cat companion you add to your Companion Satchel, and it only appears on Caustic Hallow, the Halloween event island in Roblox. The catch: it doesn't sit in one fixed spot. It rotates between several spawn points and despawns after roughly five minutes if nobody claims it. Here's the short answer before the full breakdown.
How do you get to Caustic Hallow?
Head to the eastern docks at Moosewood and board the Flying Dutchman, the green-glowing ghost ship moored there for the duration of FischFright 3. Speak to the Dutchman Captain (look for the Event marker above his head) and choose Sail. The words "Caustic Hallow" appear on screen when you arrive, and signposts near the landing point direct you toward the Graveyard, Fountain, Cornmaze, and Bat Cave, all areas where the cat can show up.
A glider is worth having before you go. Several spawn points sit on elevated terrain and cliff ledges, and gliding up beats scrambling over rocks every lap.

Where does the Witch Kitty spawn in FischFright 3?
Three spawn points have confirmed GPS coordinates. The rest are secondary spots in the same general zones, so a single loop covers everything without backtracking.
| Spawn point | GPS coordinates | Landmark |
|---|---|---|
| Front of the Church | -15171.7, 167.6, -9637.0 | Near Sister Sepulcher and Harker Holt NPC under the light |
| Behind the Mansion (raised platform) | -15059.0, 242.1, -10164.5 | Walk past the Mansion entrance to the rear, look up |
| Leaf pile by the Rave Disco Ball | -14473.7, 202.1, -9878.1 | Walk straight from the Disco Ball toward the cliff edge |
| Graveyard walls and ledges | Beside the Church | Stone wall corners and elevated edges |
| Raised paths behind Church buildings | Behind the Church | Rocky slope, grassy cliff paths |
| Central fountain plaza | Middle of town | Behind the houses to the right of the fountain |
| Webridden Cavern platforms | Inside the cavern | Stone platforms over the acid floor |
| Acid-side village | Along toxic rivers | House backs, pumpkin patches, ledge edges |
The mistake most players make is checking only the three GPS spots and giving up. The cat also turns up along graveyard walls, behind the fountain houses, and on cavern platforms, so run the full loop before switching servers.
Spawn 1: Church and graveyard
Start here every lap. The Witch Kitty most commonly appears in front of the church doors, near Sister Sepulcher or beside Harker Holt standing under the light. After checking the entrance, circle the stone wall around the building and search the graveyard's corners and ledges. The cat is small and prefers tight edges over open ground, so look along surfaces rather than at the middle of each area.
Behind the church buildings, a rocky slope leads up to cliff paths that most players never check from street level. Glide up and scan the grassy edges.
Spawn 2: Raised platform behind the Mansion
This one fools people because it's invisible from the main path. Walk past the Mansion's front entrance and continue to the rear of the building. Look up: there is a single raised platform sitting above the rocks. You can't reach it easily on foot, so glide up and land on it. Check the pumpkin patches and balconies on the way there.
Spawn 3: Leaf pile near the Rave Disco Ball
Locate the Rave Disco Ball and walk straight ahead toward the cliff. Check the bushes and lower ledge as you go, then look for the heap of leaves at the cliff edge. The Witch Kitty curls up inside the pile. GPS -14473.7, 202.1, -9878.1 puts you right on it.
Additional spawn zones
The fountain area in the center of town is worth a pass on every loop. The cat tends to hide behind the houses to the right of the fountain rather than sitting in the plaza itself, so go into the passage behind those buildings and check around the trees and raised ground.
Webridden Cavern has stone platforms breaking up the toxic green liquid on its floor. Hop across each one and look carefully. Stay aware of the [Webbed] status while you're in there.
Along the town's outskirts, small houses line the toxic rivers. Check behind each one, cross the pumpkin patches, and scan the ledges at the acid's edge.

Witch Kitty spawn timer and server hopping
If nobody claims the cat, it despawns after roughly five minutes. An empty spawn just means it has moved on or hasn't cycled back yet. Players on older servers may have already claimed it.
Search the same route every lap so you never backtrack: church and graveyard first, then the raised paths behind the church, then the Mansion platform, then the fountain houses, then the leaf pile near the landing area. If two full laps come up empty, join a different server and start the loop again from the church.
A crowd of players gathered in one spot is a reliable sign the cat is there. Look for the meow… label floating above a small green glow.
How do you unlock and equip the Witch Kitty?
- Get close to the glowing green cat until an interaction prompt appears.
- Activate the prompt and confirm the payment of 10 Treats.
- Your Treats balance drops by exactly 10, and the Witch Kitty is added to your Companion Satchel as a permanent unlock.
- Open the Companions menu, select Witch Kitty, and equip it.
Fisch allows only one companion active at a time, so equipping the Witch Kitty replaces your current pet. The unlock is permanent, so you can swap it in and out whenever you like.
How to earn Treats fast
- Sell event fish to the Frightful Merchant
- Complete quests for event NPCs (rewards range from 500 to 3,000 Treats each)
- Trick-or-treat at island houses with the Candy Bucket equipped
- Open Frightful Caskets
- Redeem active event codes at the codes menu
Trick-or-treating is the most flexible method because you can do it while looping the spawn points. Every doorstep you visit adds to your balance without pulling you away from the hunt.
How do you get the Witch Kitty skins?
Once you have the companion, two exclusive skins become available through Vanni Kitty, the Kitty NPC standing at the center of Caustic Hallow Town at GPS (-14706.0, 146.8, -9723.2). The quest refreshes daily and is only active for 24 hours, so check back each day during the event.
| Skin | Quest name | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Vanni Kitty | Kitty Quest: Extraterrestial Frights | Catch 10 FischFright 3 fish with the Gleebous Mutation (equip the Blade of Glorp) |
| Omojilea | Daily rotation | Obtain 1 Giant Plush Nessie originally caught by you (trick-or-treat with a high-tier mask like Leviathan or Mossjaw, then visit the Appraiser for the Giant attribute) |
For the Vanni Kitty skin, only event fish with the Gleebous Mutation count toward the 10 required catches. Check each fish before returning to the NPC. For Omojilea, the Nessie must be one you personally caught, not traded or obtained from another player. Hand in the finished quest and the skin is added to the Witch Kitty's options in the Companions menu.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Checking only the three GPS spots and ignoring the graveyard walls, cavern platforms, and fountain houses
- Arriving without 10 Treats and watching the cat despawn while you go earn currency
- Staying on a dead server after two full laps instead of hopping to a fresh one
- Skipping the Mansion's rear platform because it's not visible from the main path
- Missing the daily skin quest window because Vanni Kitty's quest only stays open for 24 hours
