Muria Siarkiewicz is one of the new Elite Crewmembers added to Starfield with the Free Lanes update, and she is not the kind of recruit you can just walk up and hire on the spot. The process involves tracking her down at a specific location, sitting through a two-part conversation, and paying 15,000 credits before she commits. Here is every step you need to get her on board.
Where do you find Muria Siarkiewicz in Starfield?
Muria is not wandering a space station or standing outside a bar. She is sitting inside GalBank on Jemison, which is located in the Alpha Centauri system. To reach her, open the Starmap, navigate to Alpha Centauri, and select Jemison from the planet list.
On the planet screen, choose The Lodge (Explored) as your destination, then select the first landing option: Talk to Sergeant Yumi (Commercial District). That puts you down in the right part of the city.
From your landing point, head directly to GalBank. Walk inside and look for a woman seated in the waiting area. That is Muria. She is there because she is trying to land a position at GalBank, and her rent is due, which she will tell you herself once the conversation starts.
info
Both sources confirm Muria is tied to the Free Lanes update. She also has a role in the Terran Armada DLC, according to Destructoid, so recruiting her early is worth the investment.

How do you convince Muria to join your crew?
The recruitment plays out across two separate conversations, and you cannot skip the gap between them.
First conversation: make the offer
Once you start talking to Muria, she explains her situation. When the dialogue option "Forget GalBank. What if you came to work for me instead?" appears, select it. She will turn you down immediately, but she leaves the door open. If GalBank does not come through for her, she says she will reconsider, and tells you to check back in a few hours.

Initial recruitment dialogue
Wait 2 hours in-game
There is a couch in the GalBank waiting area. Sit down and use the wait prompt, setting it to 2 hours local time. This is the fastest way to advance past her decision window without leaving the area.
info
Use the couch in the GalBank waiting room rather than fast-travelling away. It keeps you right next to Muria and avoids any confusion about where to find her after the wait.
Second conversation: pay 15,000 credits
After the 2-hour wait, approach Muria and start the conversation again. She picks up where things left off, explaining her financial situation in more detail. Near the end of the exchange, the payment option appears:
"[Pay 15,000 Credits] That won't be a problem."
Select it. The 15,000 credit payment is non-negotiable and cannot be skipped. Once you confirm, the deal is done.
How do you assign Muria to your ship?
With the agreement locked in, open the Crew Roster and assign Muria Siarkiewicz to the Starborn Guardian. Confirm the assignment, and she will be present on the ship from that point forward. You can interact with her there once the assignment is complete.
warning
Make sure you have at least 15,000 credits before starting the second conversation. If you cannot pay, you cannot recruit her at that point in the dialogue.
The process is straightforward once you know the location and the credit requirement. The two-conversation structure is the part that trips most players up, since the first attempt always ends in a refusal. Stick around, use the couch, and come back with your credits ready.
