The Easter Hour event in Steal a Brainrot is one of the most rewarding limited-time events in the game, dropping three exclusive Secret Brainrots onto the conveyor belt and handing out the rare Bunny Ear Trait to characters on the map. Update 44 brought this event to all servers, including new player servers, so nobody gets locked out. The catch? These Brainrots are event-exclusive, they cost serious cash, and every other player on your server wants them just as badly as you do.
When does the Easter Hour start?
The Easter Hour fires off every couple of hours on a server. You can track the countdown by looking at the Sammy NPC near the Coin Shop, who shows up in a pink bunny outfit specifically for this event. The timer sits right on top of him, so you always know how much time you have to prepare.
The event itself runs for 10 minutes per session. You cannot manually skip the timer to force it early, but according to the developers, during special Admin Abuse sessions and Taco Tuesday events, developer Sammy may trigger Easter Hour multiple times in quick succession.

What are all the Easter Brainrots in Steal a Brainrot?
Three Secret Brainrots can appear on the conveyor belt during Easter Hour. Each one has a fixed spawn probability, a purchase price, and a per-second income rate. Here's the full breakdown:
Only one Brainrot spawns per Easter Hour session, and every player on the server can purchase it. Noo my Eggs is the standout unit here, pulling in $7,000,000 per second, but its 1% spawn chance means most sessions won't produce it at all. Realistically, you're looking at Buntteo the majority of the time.
Don't sleep on Buntteo just because it's the most common. At $850,000 per second for a $225,000,000 buy-in, it still generates solid returns, and getting one is far better than leaving an Easter Hour session empty-handed.

What is the Bunny Ear Trait and how does it work?
During Easter Hour, bunnies wander the map and randomly visit Brainrots already in players' bases, granting them the Bunny Ear Trait. This trait boosts the affected Brainrot's income rate by an estimated 4x to 7x multiplier. The exact figure hasn't been officially confirmed yet, as the trait was still new at launch, but every other trait in the game falls somewhere in that range according to community observations.
The Bunny Ear Trait is strictly limited to the Easter event period. Once Easter Hour ends for the season, this trait won't be obtainable again, making any Brainrot that carries it significantly more valuable for trading down the line.
danger
The Bunny Ear Trait is applied randomly to Brainrots already on the map, not to ones you just purchased. Having more Brainrots in your base increases the chances one of them gets picked.
How to prepare for Easter Hour
Preparation makes the difference between walking away with Noo my Eggs and watching someone else grab it. Here's what to do before the timer hits zero.
Build up your cash reserves
You need at least $1,200,000,000 in cash to have a shot at purchasing Noo my Eggs the moment it spawns. Sitting below that threshold when the rarest spawn appears is a painful experience. Even targeting Bunny Bunny Bunny Sahur requires $575,000,000 on hand. Grind your income sources hard in the sessions leading up to Easter Hour.
Do Rebirths before the event
Completing Rebirths expands your base capacity, giving you more slots to hold Brainrots. More slots means more potential Bunny Ear Trait targets, and more room to store whatever you pick up during the event without having to discard existing units.
Position your base strategically
In public servers, your base position relative to the conveyor belt entrance matters a lot. A useful approach is to server-hop until your base spawns on the plot closest to the start of the conveyor belt. Brainrots that appear during Easter Hour travel along the belt, and a shorter travel distance means you can grab them before other players react.
warning
In public servers, competition for Easter Brainrots is fierce the moment they appear. Have your bat or slapping hand equipped and ready before the event starts.

Consider private servers
Private servers eliminate the competition entirely. You still get the Easter Hour event, you still get the Brainrot spawns, and you don't have to fight anyone for them. The trade-off is that you're playing solo, so stealing from other players as a fallback isn't an option.
What if you can't buy the Easter Brainrots in time?
Stealing is a built-in mechanic in Steal a Brainrot, and Easter Brainrots are fully stealable. If someone else grabs Noo my Eggs before you can purchase it, tracking them down and taking it is a completely valid play. The standard stealing strategies that work on regular Brainrots apply here.
These units are also tradeable through the in-game Trade Machine, so if you miss out entirely during the event, the secondary market is your next option. Expect prices to be elevated given the event-exclusive status of all three Brainrots.

Easter Lucky Blocks are confirmed for the second part of the Easter update, not this first release. The Part 1 content focuses specifically on the Easter Hour event and the three Brainrots listed above.
