When Close Scrutiny is active, Assessors descend onto the map. These probe-like containers are the only source for the Blueprint. Each Assessor holds up to 3 high-value containers, and the Blueprint can appear in any of them, so expect to breach multiple sections before you see it.

- Load into any map with Close Scrutiny active.

- Repeat across all 3 containers if needed.

Other raiders are hunting the same Blueprint. Losing it to a player kill after you've cleared the Assessors is the most painful outcome here. Safe pocket the Blueprint the second it hits your inventory.
Note that during Close Scrutiny, loot across the rest of the map is significantly reduced. The Assessors are essentially where all the high-tier rewards concentrate, which makes them high-traffic and dangerous.
The Photoelectric Cloak strategy
If you want to minimize the fight, equip the Photoelectric Cloak before approaching the Assessor. The cloak renders you invisible to ARC enemies, letting you breach faster and with less incoming fire. Get in, grab the Blueprint, and leave before the Vaporizers reacquire you. How to beat the Vaporizer
You cannot skip the Vaporizer entirely if you want the Dolabra. The Blueprint sits inside Assessors that Vaporizers guard, and you also need Vaporizer Regulators as a crafting material. Fighting them is unavoidable.
Vaporizer fires continuous lasers
The Vaporizer is faster and more maneuverable than the Rocketeer, and it can shield itself with an energy barrier similar to the Matriarch. While shielded, it stops attacking with its laser, which is your window to reposition and prepare.

- Single-target delayed laser blast: Locks onto one player, obliterates shields, and sets them on fire. Stay behind substantial cover.
- Ground laser trail: Drags a line of fire across the ground, particularly dangerous when multiple raiders are grouped together.
- Multi-target laser barrage: Spreads smaller laser bolts across several players simultaneously, dealing damage comparable to the Aphelion Energy Rifle.
- Energy shield: Blocks all incoming damage including tracking projectiles like Seeker Grenades and Wolfpack Grenades.
Save your Wolfpack Grenades for the moment the Vaporizer drops its shield. That is the single best window to dump burst damage onto it.
Vaporizer weak spots
The Vaporizer does not have exposed thrusters like the Rocketeer. Instead, it has small rotors at each corner (two per corner, eight total) that keep it airborne. Target these to force it lower and reduce its mobility. Its core in the belly also takes increased damage, so once it drops in height, focus fire there.
Players can climb on top of a grounded or low-hovering Vaporizer and deploy a Deadline mine directly onto it for massive damage.
