The 1.04.00 update added a merchant system to Crimson Desert that most players will walk right past. Instead of a shop pinned to a map marker, Pearl Abyss dropped a wandering NPC named Lacey into the Pororin region, carrying pet gear and consumables on her back. If you rely on pets for exploration or passive bonuses, tracking her down is worth the detour.
Where is the Pororin secret shop in Crimson Desert?
Lacey has no fixed position on the map. She roams freely across two zones: Florindale and the Petalton Workshop area within Pororin. You won't find her standing next to a building or waypoint, so the only way to locate her is to explore those areas on foot and keep your eyes open.
The thing that trips most players up is her appearance. Lacey is a small NPC dressed in green, and her outfit blends well with grassy terrain and dense foliage. What gives her away is the oversized backpack loaded with goods she's carrying. Once you know to look for a girl with a large pack rather than a merchant stall, spotting her becomes much easier.
Slow down your exploration pace in Florindale and near Petalton Workshop. Lacey's green outfit makes her easy to miss at a gallop.

How to access Lacey's secret shop
Once you spot her, walk up and interact with Lacey to open the "Secret Shop | Buy" interface. The process is straightforward: find her, talk to her, browse the inventory. The challenge is entirely in the finding.
Lacey has only been observed in the Florindale and Petalton Workshop zones, so there's no point searching elsewhere in Pororin.
What can you buy from Lacey's shop?
The current inventory is focused entirely on pet-related items. Three items are available, though one requires trust progression before it appears.
The Refined Palmar Pill is locked behind trust progression. You won't see it on your first visit, so don't assume the shop inventory is final.
How does the trust system work with Lacey?
The trust mechanic is the most forward-looking part of this system. Based on current observations documented in community sources, higher trust with Lacey unlocks better items, with the Refined Palmar Pill being the first example of a trust-gated item.
The system isn't fully detailed yet, but the implication is clear: returning to Lacey repeatedly and engaging with her shop builds trust over time, which expands what she carries. Pearl Abyss appears to be treating this as a long-term feature rather than a one-time addition.
That means treating this as a one-visit errand is the wrong approach. Make finding Lacey part of your regular loop in Pororin, especially as future updates are likely to expand her inventory further based on the groundwork already laid.
Don't skip Lacey after your first purchase. The trust system suggests her inventory will grow, and missing early interactions could slow your access to upgraded items.
Should you bother with the Pororin secret shop?
If you're actively using pets in Crimson Desert, yes. The Sigil of Bonding directly solves the desync problem that makes pets unreliable during fast traversal, and the Palmar Pills add consumable utility to your pet management toolkit. The trust system adds a reason to keep coming back rather than treating Lacey as a single transaction.
If you're not using pets at all, the shop has nothing for you right now. But given that Pearl Abyss built a wandering merchant with a trust progression system around it, the odds are good that Lacey's inventory expands beyond pet gear in future patches.
