The hunt is contained to the first and second floors of Skull Rock only, so you won't need to venture into the underground tunnel system or the upper levels.

Where are all three buried treasure locations?

From the Skull Rock entrance, turn immediately right and take the ramp up to the second floor. Walk past Tiana and continue until you're just before where Peter Pan is standing. Look down to your left and you'll spot a sparkling dig spot sitting directly in front of a pile of gold. Dig it up with your Royal Shovel to claim the First Treasure.

This one is easy to miss because it's right at the top of the ramp you just used. Head back to the Skull Rock entrance, turn right, and climb the ramp to the second floor again. The moment you reach the second level, stop and look down to your right. The sparkling dig spot is right there at the top of the stairs. Players often walk straight past it while scanning further ahead.

Return to the Skull Rock entrance and walk forward a short distance, stopping just before you step onto the dock. Look down to your left and you'll find the final sparkling dig spot. This one sits on the first floor next to the dock, not up on any elevated level, which makes it feel separate from the other two and easy to overlook if you're still scanning the upper areas.
After testing all three locations across multiple playthroughs, the third treasure trips up the most players because the dock area reads visually as an exit point rather than a search zone. Slow down before you reach the water.
