Far Far West hides collectible Music Disc Fragments across every map, and the alien-themed Area 41 is no exception. Three fragments are scattered around the map, and grabbing all of them unlocks the Always Late soundtrack, which you can play back at the Saloon between missions. The fragments can be collected in any order and across multiple runs, so there's no pressure to grab them all in one go.
You do not need to collect all three fragments in a single run. Progress carries over between sessions, so you can split the search across missions if needed.
Where are all 3 Area 41 Music Disc Fragments?
Though they describe the map positions slightly differently. Cross-referencing both gives the clearest picture of each spot.

All three fragment locations
Fragment 1: The southern shack
Head to the southern end of the map and look for a small shack. A handful of Marauders guard the area, so clear them out before going inside. The fragment sits on top of a rectangular crate inside the shack. Interact with it to pick it up, then continue west toward the next location.

Fragment 1 inside the shack
Fragment 2: The center-north house
The second fragment is inside a house in the center-north part of the map. You'll find barrels inside the building, with the fragment resting on top of them. This is arguably the most straightforward of the three to reach since it sits in a flat, accessible part of the map with no climbing required.
Fragment 3: The southwest mountain
The final fragment requires a bit of vertical effort. Make your way to the southwest end of the map, where a rocky mountain rises from the shoreline. You can reach the top two ways: climb using the rope pulley from the south shore, or take the zipline from the north. Once you're up top, you'll find a record player and a barrel nearby. The fragment is sitting beside the barrel. Grabbing it completes the disc and unlocks Always Late.

Fragment 3 near the record player
The southwest mountain location requires you to use either the rope pulley or the zipline to reach the top. Trying to free-climb the rocky face will waste time. Locate the access points first.
What do you get for collecting all fragments?
Once all three fragments are in your possession, they combine into the Always Late music disc. The track becomes available to play at the Saloon in the lobby area between missions. Compared to other maps like Jungle or Far Far North, Area 41's fragment hunt is considered one of the more approachable ones, with two fragments inside buildings and only one requiring any climbing.
Other music discs and secrets worth hunting
Area 41 isn't the only map with disc fragments to track down. The Desert map has its own set of three fragments that unlock the Train Rush soundtrack, all documented in the Desert Music Disc Fragment locations guide. The Jungle map's three fragments unlock Train of Shame, covered in the Jungle Music Disc Fragment locations guide.
For everything else the game has to offer, the full Far Far West guides collection has you covered across all maps and secrets.
