The Version 7.2 "Hour of Ruin" Special Program aired on October 23, 2026, and Genshin Impact dropped three redemption codes during the broadcast as usual. Together they hand out 300 Primogems plus a stack of upgrade materials. The catch is the tight expiry window, so redeem all three now and collect them from your in-game mailbox before the deadline passes.

What are the Genshin Impact 7.2 livestream codes?
Here's the short answer. All three codes come from HoYoverse's official Version 7.2 Special Program recap. Each one rewards 100 Primogems alongside a different secondary material.
| Code | Primogems | Secondary reward |
|---|---|---|
| HourofRuin | 100 | 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore |
| ExpertMitya | 100 | 5 Hero's Wit |
| PhotoTime | 100 | 50,000 Mora |
Redeeming all three nets you exactly 300 Primogems. Miss one and you drop to 200. Miss two and you walk away with 100. That gap matters when you are saving toward a banner pull, so submit each code separately rather than assuming one entry covers the batch.
When do the 7.2 codes expire?
HoYoverse confirmed a single global deadline in its official recap: October 26, 2026, at 12:00 UTC+8, which is 04:00 UTC. That translates differently depending on where you are.
| Location | Local deadline |
|---|---|
| Los Angeles | Sunday October 25, 9:00 PM PDT |
| New York | Monday October 26, 12:00 AM EDT |
| UTC | Monday October 26, 04:00 |
| London | Monday October 26, 4:00 AM GMT |
| Berlin / Paris | Monday October 26, 5:00 AM CET |
| Moscow | Monday October 26, 7:00 AM MSK |
| New Delhi | Monday October 26, 9:30 AM IST |
| Singapore | Monday October 26, 12:00 PM SGT |
| Tokyo | Monday October 26, 1:00 PM JST |
| Sydney | Monday October 26, 3:00 PM AEDT |
The 7.2 window runs roughly 64 hours from the stream start, which matches the pattern from the 7.0 and 7.1 broadcasts. That said, the only date that matters is the one HoYoverse published: October 26 at 04:00 UTC.

How to redeem Genshin Impact 7.2 codes
The fastest method is the official HoYoverse web redemption page, which works even if you are away from your console or PC.
- Open the official HoYoverse gift page at genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift and sign in with your HoYoverse account.
- Confirm that the correct server and character nickname are selected. These should populate automatically after login, but double-check before submitting.
- Copy and paste the first code exactly as written. A single wrong character or stray space causes a failure.
- Hit Redeem, then wait a moment before entering the next code.
- Repeat for all three codes.
- Open the game and claim the reward attachments from your in-game mailbox.
Alternatively, you can redeem inside the game itself by going to Settings, then Account, then Redeem Code. The in-game route is not available on iOS, so iPhone and iPad players need to use the web page.
Reward mail expires 30 days after delivery, so there is no rush to open it immediately, but claiming the attachments the same day is a good habit.

Why isn't my code working?
The mistake most players make is copying a code with a leading space or using an old expired string. Here is a quick reference for every common failure.
| Error | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Invalid code | Typo or extra space. Copy from the table above, do not retype manually. |
| Code expired | Past the October 26 deadline. Check the expired codes archive below. |
| Already in use | You already redeemed it on this account. Check your mailbox. |
| Adventure Rank too low | Reach AR 10, then retry before the deadline. |
| Rewards not appearing | Wrong server or nickname selected on the web form. |
Which previous Special Program codes have expired?
These strings no longer work. They are listed so you can stop trying them and recognise when a recycled code is being passed off as current.

- Rekviem: 100 Primogems, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- Vesna0923: 100 Primogems, 5 Hero's Wit
- PrimaDonna: 100 Primogems, 50,000 Mora
Version 7.0 "Everwinter Without Mercy" (expired August 3, 2026, 04:00 UTC)
- Everwinter: 100 Primogems, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore

- TotheMoon: 100 Primogems, 5 Hero's Wit
- TeaPartyTime: 100 Primogems, 50,000 Mora
Every batch above gave exactly 300 Primogems across three codes, the same structure as the 7.2 drop.
What else did the 7.2 Special Program reveal?
Beyond the codes, the Version 7.2 broadcast introduced new details about two upcoming Electro characters. Mitya is a five-star character officially revealed on September 29, 2026, and Valeriy is a four-star character revealed the same day. The program covered their abilities and signature weapon details. Version 7.2 is expected to arrive on November 4, 2026, based on the standard update schedule.

FAQ
Do I have to watch the livestream to get the codes? No. HoYoverse publishes the strings in its official recap post. You can redeem them directly on the web page without watching a single minute of the broadcast.
Does the 30-day mail expiry extend the code deadline? No. You must redeem the code before October 26 at 04:00 UTC to receive the reward mail. The 30-day clock starts only after successful redemption.
Are the 7.1 codes still valid? No. Rekviem, Vesna0923, and PrimaDonna expired on September 15, 2026. Old strings do not reactivate when a new version launches.
How many Primogems do all three codes give? 300 total: 100 per code. The secondary materials are separate rewards, not substitutes for Primogems.
