Genshin Impact Codes for October 2026

Genshin Impact keeps the free rewards flowing through redemption codes, and Version 7.1 has brought a fresh batch worth grabbing before they expire. Between the collaboration codes, the evergreen GENSHINGIFT code, and a handful of alphanumeric codes tied to the current patch, there are over 400 free Primogems sitting on the table right now. Here is every active code, exactly what each one pays out, and two ways to redeem them.

Here are some of the best ways to get Primogems in Genshin Impact through events, quests, exploration, Spiral Abyss, Imaginarium Theater, and more.

Version 7.1 codes

Expired 7.1 livestream codes

The three codes distributed during the Version 7.1 special program are now expired. They had a 48-hour window and a limited redemption pool, which is standard for every HoYoverse livestream. For reference, they paid out Rekviem (100 Primogems, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore), Vesna0923 (100 Primogems, 5 Hero's Wit), and PrimaDonna (100 Primogems, 50,000 Mora). Watch the Version 7.2 livestream to catch the next set the moment they drop.

How do you redeem Genshin Impact codes?

There are two methods: the official web redemption page and the in-game menu. Both work equally well, though the web page is slightly faster if you have the codes copied to your clipboard.

Method 1: Web redemption page

1. Visit the official Hoyoverse gift redemption page at genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift
2. Log in with your linked account
3. Select your server from the dropdown
4. Enter your character nickname
5. Paste or type the code and hit Redeem
6. Open your in-game mailbox to collect the rewards

Method 2: In-game redemption

1. Launch Genshin Impact and open the main menu
2. Tap the cog icon at the bottom left to open Settings
3. Navigate to the Account tab
4. Select Redeem Code
5. Paste or type the code, then press Exchange
6. Head to your in-game Mailbox to claim the items

Why isn't my Genshin code working?

A few things can cause a code to fail:

• Already redeemed: Each code can only be used once per account. There is no workaround.
• Expired: Limited codes have either a hard expiration date or a maximum number of total redemptions across all players. Once either limit is hit, the code stops working for everyone.
• Typo: Codes are case-sensitive. Copy and paste whenever possible instead of typing manually.
• Adventure Rank too low: You need to be at least Adventure Rank 10. Log in and complete a few quests to reach it quickly.

How do you get more Primogems for free?

Codes are a quick hit, but they are not the only free Primogem source. After testing the most reliable methods across multiple accounts, here are the ones worth prioritizing:

• Daily Commissions: Unlock at Adventure Rank 12 and reward Primogems every day. Completing all four in a single day adds a bonus on top.
• Events: Each version update brings multiple limited-time events, most of which hand out Primogems as completion rewards. The version 6.5 and 6.6 updates both packed in substantial event slates, so staying on top of all current events in each patch is worth your time.
• Quests: Story quests, world quests, and archon quests all grant Primogems on completion. New regions consistently add hundreds worth of quests.
• Chests and Shrines: Exploring the map and opening chests or unlocking fast-travel shrines passively builds up your Primogem count.
• Achievements: Many achievements are completable without any extra effort. Check the achievement menu periodically for low-hanging rewards.
• Starglitter and Stardust: These convert into Intertwined Fate and Acquaint Fate through the in-game shop, which function identically to spending Primogems on wishes.

What are the best codes to prioritize right now?

EPIC2026 and VesnaOnPatrol offer the highest Primogem-to-effort ratio among the current batch, at 40 Primogems plus multiple Hero's Wit each. The three alphanumeric 60-Primogem codes (NEEIJB764CA3, Y6JYMKV6JKSL, Y1INABQB6DEX, 2BJ64QRZ7RT8) add up to 240 Primogems combined, which is almost a third of a single wish. Stack them all and you are looking at over 400 Primogems from a few minutes of copy-pasting.
