Pokopia: Sparkling Skylands 'Rebuild ...

Pokemon Pokopia players venturing into Sparkling Skylands will tackle the game's most ambitious construction project: restoring a colossal damaged structure one level at a time, recruiting Pokemon from different zones to help with the work.

Starting the Sparkling Skylands Questline

Your journey begins when you take the lift up with Professor Tangrowth. The initial sequence unfolds through these steps:

  • Speak with Rookidee.
  • Construct the Hydrated pink tall grass habitat, which brings in Froakie.
  • After talking to Froakie, build the Waterside dinghy habitat to summon Dragonite.
  • Speak with Dragonite to unlock the Glide ability.
  • Use Glide to reach the neighboring island, then scale the tower to find Tinkamaster.

Tinkamaster needs concrete right away. Construct the Construction site generator habitat to bring in Conkeldurr, and collect limestone from nearby while waiting for it to appear. When Conkeldurr shows up, it provides the concrete mixer recipe. Build that mixer, set Conkeldurr to work producing concrete, and make extra beyond the six Tinkamaster initially asks for since you'll burn through plenty more later.

Once you hand over six concrete and 1 iron ingot to Tinkamaster, continue with:

  • Construct a lift platform using 5 iron ingots, 5 concrete, and 1 Tinkagear.
  • Install the lift where Tinkamaster indicates.
  • Fix the bridge leading to the island and meet up with Professor Tangrowth and Tinkamaster at the structure.
  • Explore every level of the structure.
  • Go over the building kit with Tinkamaster to start the Rebuild the huge building main quest.
info
During exploration, glide to the island situated behind the massive structure and the one positioned to its right. You'll discover more Pokemon in these spots, though reaching them isn't mandatory for quest completion.

All Building Materials Needed

The massive structure has three levels above ground, each demanding different materials. Smart players stockpile early. Assign the right Pokemon to production while handling other tasks:

  • Trubbish produces paper.
  • Grubbin or Timburr produce lumber.
  • Torchic or Charmeleon produce bricks.
  • Several fire-type Pokemon handle smelting for glass, copper, and iron.

How To Rebuild the Huge Building

Restoring each level takes roughly one hour of real time after you place materials and assign Pokemon. Here's what each stage demands:

2F is straightforward. Drop in the materials, assign your team, and use the wait time to gather supplies for upper levels.

3F adds a twist: Chef Dente from Rocky Ridges must come to the Skyland structure. Bring Chef Dente along before beginning construction on this level.

4F, the top level, needs Peakychu. Travel to Bleak Beach and bring Peakychu back to Sparkling Skylands. Supply the materials, assign your Pokemon crew, and wait for the timer to finish the restoration.

danger
Every level needs a full hour of real time, not in-game time. Schedule your play sessions so you're not stuck waiting with nothing to do.

After the top level finishes, talk to Tinkamaster for a story sequence. Keep talking to Pokemon as directed to close out the Rebuild the huge building questline.

What Comes Next

Finishing the main restoration quest doesn't close the book on Sparkling Skylands. More tasks await, like reconstructing the Pokemon Center, handling requests from individual Pokemon, and boosting comfort levels for residents. The zone offers plenty to do long after the massive structure stands complete.
