Resident Evil Requiem hides five locked safes across its two major locations, each one packed with supplies and collectibles you genuinely need to survive. Whether you're hunting Antique Coins to fund upgrades, stocking up on ammo, or chasing the No Safe Is Safe achievement, cracking every safe gives you a meaningful edge. You can find the codes organically by searching notes scattered through each area, but if you'd rather skip the backtracking and get straight to the loot, every combination is right here.
How Do the Safe Dials Work in Resident Evil Requiem?
Before diving into the codes, it helps to understand the input mechanic. Each safe uses a three-step combination lock with a rotary dial. You push the dial left or right in increments of ten, stopping at the target number before reversing direction for the next step. The sequence matters, so always follow the directional arrows in order. If you accidentally confirm an incorrect entry, the dial resets and you start from scratch.

All Rhodes Hill Safe Codes
Three safes are tucked away inside Rhodes Hill's Care Center. Here's where to find each one and exactly what combination to enter.

Examination Room safe location
Examination Room Safe
Where to find it: Head into the Examination Room from the East Wing Lobby and check the shelves in the back right corner.
Where the code is: The locker room just outside the Rhodes Hill Conference Room. Face the Conference Room door, turn right, and search through the broken lockers to find a note with the combination.
Combination:RIGHT 30 → LEFT 10 → RIGHT 50
Reward: 3x Antique Coin
Bar and Lounge Safe
Where to find it: Inside the Rhodes Hill Bar and Lounge, sitting on a shelf directly behind the bar in the northwestern corner.
Where the code is: Climb the stairs in the Custodian's Office corridor to reach the second-floor office. The note with the combination is inside.
Combination:LEFT 10 → RIGHT 80 → LEFT 30
Reward: 3x Antique Coin
Basement Safe
Where to find it: In the Basement of Rhodes Hill. Follow the path west of the Furnace toward the Inspection area. You'll find a foreman's office near the forklift truck and the second Requiem fuse.
Where the code is: This one requires some advance planning. During Leon's segment where he escapes Victor's torture, you'll fight a mutant in the attic. After that fight, walk down the long corridor and step out onto a landing. Look right for a wardrobe with warped wooden doors. Pry it open to find the note inside.
Combination:RIGHT 60 → LEFT 40 → RIGHT 80
Reward: Rhodes Hill Bobblehead Map (also called the Raccoon Roundup Map), 10x Handgun Ammo
All ARK Safe Codes
Two more safes are waiting for you aboard the ARK. Both are accessible during Grace's sections of the game.

ARK Sterilization Chamber safe
Sterilization Chamber Safe
Where to find it: In the Sterilization Chamber aboard the ARK. It sits on the counter in the corner, next to broken glass. You'll pass this area right after encountering the first Licker.
Where the code is: While exploring the ARK for the first time as Grace, go down the stairs in the Anteroom. At the bottom, spot the Umbrella Corporation logo on the wall. The code sheet is tucked behind that section of wall.
Combination:RIGHT 10 → LEFT 90 → RIGHT 20
Reward: 1x Molotov Cocktail, 15x Handgun Ammo, 1x Med Injector
Monitor Control Room Safe
Where to find it: In the Monitor Control Room aboard the ARK. Enter the room and the safe is directly opposite the entrance, on the desk at the far end.
Where the code is: Inside one of the shipping containers in Bioweapon Repository 05. Enter the repository, head to the central row of containers, and check the container on the right for the note.

What Do You Unlock by Cracking All Five Safes?
Opening every safe in Resident Evil Requiem earns you the No Safe Is Safe achievement. Beyond the trophy, the Basement safe's Raccoon Roundup Map for Rhodes Hill is especially valuable if you're tracking down all Mr. Raccoon collectibles in that area. The ARK safes also hand you crafting materials in the form of the Empty Bottle and Acid Bottle, which you can combine into throwable acid weapons for tougher encounters ahead. Spend those Antique Coins wisely at the merchant to maximize your firepower before things escalate.
