To get Dragon Breath in Blox Fruits, find Sabi in the Kingdom of Rose in the Second Sea and pay 1,500 Fragments.

This Roblox fighting style gives you fiery attacks and the Dragonborn title, but its bigger payoff is progression toward Superhuman and Dragon Talon. The purchase is straightforward once you have Second Sea access. Finding Sabi's opening in the wall takes a little more explanation, and buying the style is only the beginning if you want its later upgrades.

What do you need before visiting Sabi?

You need access to the Second Sea, which requires reaching level 700 and completing the relevant First Sea quest line. Dragon Breath is available there, so finish that progression before looking for its trainer.

Sabi charges 1,500 Fragments, with no additional Money cost for the purchase. Your preparation checklist is short:

  • Reach level 700.
  • Complete the First Sea quest line needed for Second Sea access.
  • Collect at least 1,500 Fragments.
  • Travel to the Kingdom of Rose and locate Sabi.

If level 700 is still ahead of you, the Blox Fruits beginners guide covers combat and island progression while you work toward Second Sea access.

Where is Sabi in the Kingdom of Rose?

Sabi stands inside an elevated opening in the large wall behind the Factory. Use the Café as your starting landmark rather than searching the island at random.

Follow this route:

  1. Leave the Café and turn left.
  2. Continue alongside the large wall toward its farthest entrance.
  3. Look for the raised opening on the right.
  4. Jump up into the opening to reach Sabi.

You can recognize Sabi by his large black hat with glasses, orange hair, orange vest, blue pants, and scarf. Those details help distinguish the trainer once you reach the wall opening.

How can you earn the 1,500 Fragments?

Fruit Raids and Sea Beasts can provide the Fragments needed for Dragon Breath. A Fruit Raid completed without dying can award 1,000 Fragments, while defeating a Sea Beast rewards 250 Fragments.

The table below shows how those rewards compare when starting at 0 Fragments. Completion counts are calculated against Sabi's 1,500-Fragment price.

MethodFragment rewardCompletions neededTotal Fragments
Fruit Raid completed without dying1,00022,000
Sea Beast defeat25061,500
One qualifying Fruit Raid plus two Sea Beasts1,000 + 250 + 250Three activities1,500

Two qualifying Fruit Raid clears cover the purchase with 500 Fragments left over. If you already have 1,000 Fragments, two Sea Beast defeats supply the remaining 500. These are reward comparisons, not a guarantee that one route will take less time.

The 1,500 Fragments pay for a fighting style, separate from any fruit purchase you are planning. For that part of your budget, the Blox Fruits fruit prices and rarities guide compares fruit costs.

How do you buy Dragon Breath from Sabi?

Once you reach Sabi with at least 1,500 Fragments, interact with him and complete the purchase to learn Dragon Breath. You also receive the Dragonborn title, identified as title #0128.

Dragon Breath is a one-time purchase. After learning it, you can switch back to the style without spending another 1,500 Fragments. That makes trying another fighting style less costly than buying Dragon Breath all over again.

Before leaving Sabi, keep these two outcomes in mind:

  • Dragon Breath is the fighting style you have learned.
  • Dragonborn is the title awarded alongside it.

What does Dragon Breath do in combat?

Dragon Breath uses fiery melee attacks with hitboxes that can catch multiple enemies. Its damage and low purchase cost make it a reasonable Second Sea option, but slow attacks and heavy knockback limit its usefulness for repeated grinding.

How do its attacks compare?

Fiery Fists is the basic attack sequence. You throw three punches before dashing forward into a two-handed punch. That forward movement on the final hit matters when you are trying to stay close to a target.

Two of the style's special attacks show its main strengths and weaknesses:

AttackKeyEnergy costCooldownEffectMain limitation
Dragon FlamesX3510 secondsSends two spiraling fire dragons forward, dealing damage and knockbackShort range, and moving opponents can leave the flames
Dragon ExplosionC7016 secondsCreates a large explosion around you and leaves fiery rocks on the groundSlow startup makes it easier to avoid

Dragon Flames can start a combo, but its knockback also pushes enemies away. That is useful when you want separation, less useful when you want enemies to remain close for repeated attacks. Its damage is harder to apply fully against players who keep moving.

Dragon Explosion has a large hitbox and strong damage, but the startup demands care. It can break Instinct against nearby targets, while enemies at the edge can dodge it.

Is Dragon Breath good for grinding or PvP?

Dragon Breath can hit several enemies at once, but heavy knockback works against keeping a group together. Its slow, close-range attacks also put it at a disadvantage against ranged weapons. Treat its low cost and progression value as stronger selling points than grinding efficiency.

For the fruit side of your combat setup, the Blox Fruits Devil Fruit tier list compares your options while you work on Dragon Breath mastery.

Which mastery goals matter after buying Dragon Breath?

The two long-term targets are 300 mastery for Superhuman progression and 400 mastery for Dragon Talon progression. Both give you a reason to keep developing Dragon Breath even if you eventually replace it.

Dragon Breath masteryWhat it contributes towardRemaining condition
300 or higherSuperhumanYou must also meet the other required fighting-style conditions
400 or higherDragon TalonYou must reach the Third Sea and meet its other upgrade requirements

300 mastery satisfies Dragon Breath's part of the Superhuman requirements. It does not complete the entire Superhuman unlock, because the other required fighting styles still matter.

At 400 mastery, Dragon Breath meets the mastery requirement for upgrading into Dragon Talon in the Third Sea. Reaching that number is a progression milestone, not an automatic upgrade.

Dragon Breath was reworked in Update 17.3, so check its in-game ability panel after future updates when planning around individual move unlocks.

Is Dragon Breath worth the 1,500 Fragments?

Dragon Breath is an inexpensive purchase with a clear purpose: fiery, multi-target attacks now, plus progress toward Superhuman or Dragon Talon later. Its one-time cost also means you can return to it without paying again.

Buy it with those goals in mind. If your priority is keeping enemies close for efficient grinding, its knockback is a real drawback. If your goal is Dragon Talon, learning Dragon Breath and working toward 400 mastery is a required part of that progression.
