Who plays James Bond in 007 First Light?
Patrick Gibson voices James Bond, and this is his first video game performance. The Irish actor is best known to TV audiences for playing a young Dexter Morgan in Dexter: Original Sin, and he has also appeared in The OA, Shadow and Bone, and Before We Die. His Bond is the younger, less polished version of the character, which fits the origin-story framing IO Interactive is going for.

Who voices Miss Moneypenny, M, and Q?
Kiera Lester plays Miss Moneypenny, here reimagined as a gifted hacker and field intelligence officer who acts as Bond's voice of reason throughout missions. 007 First Light is Lester's biggest role to date, though she has appeared in Death in Paradise, Grace, Ruby Speaking, and Sister Boniface Mysteries.
Priyanga Burford steps in as M, the head of MI6. Burford brings genuine Bond franchise credentials to the role: she previously appeared as Dr. Symes in No Time to Die. Her M is described as a pragmatic leader with strong moral conviction. She has also starred in Steeltown Murders, Casualty, and This Time with Alan Partridge, and notably appeared in Before We Die alongside Patrick Gibson.
Alastair Mackenzie voices Q, the head of Q Branch and the mind behind Bond's gadgets. The Scottish actor is recognizable from Andor as Perrin Fertha, The Crown as Richard Aylard, and Monarch of the Glen as Archie MacDonald. He has also appeared in Unforgotten and Professor T.

Lennie James voices John Greenway, a former 00 agent who mentors Bond while making it abundantly clear he has no affection for him. James is one of the most recognizable names in the cast: Walking Dead fans will know him as Morgan Jones across both The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead. He also voiced Lord Shaxx in Destiny 2, so he's no stranger to video game work.
Lenny Kravitz plays Bawma, the ruler of Aleph, Mauritania's black market hub. Kravitz is a four-time Grammy winner who crossed into acting with his role as Cinna in The Hunger Games. He has also appeared in Precious, Lee Daniels' The Butler, and Shotgun Wedding. This is his video game debut.
Noemie Nakai voices Miss Roth, also known as Isola, a freelance spy and the game's femme fatale. The French-Japanese actress has appeared in HBO's Tokyo Vice as Luna, Army of Thieves as Beatrix, and has prior video game experience from both GRID and GRID Legends.
Gemma Chan plays Dr. Selina Tan, the MI6 officer who oversees the TacSim (Tactical Simulation) training program that players encounter as in-mission challenges. Who are the supporting characters?
Raquel Cipriano plays Theresa Lorca, a Portuguese geneticist working on a CO2-absorbing algae project who crosses paths with Bond at the Pearl Resort. Cipriano is known for Maternidade and The Wheel of Time.
Jessica Rhodes voices Cressida Bright, daughter of the Foreign Secretary and a Double 0 agent recruiter at MI6. Rhodes previously voiced St. Trina in Elden Ring and its Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Chris O'Reilly plays Lennox Monroe, another Double 0 recruiter with a Royal Marine background. O'Reilly has an extensive video game history, having worked on Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga, Lords of the Fallen, and Resident Evil: Requiem.
Anthony Howell voices Sir Nicholas Webb, CEO of Webb Industries. Howell is a veteran of video game voice work, having played Margit and Morgott in Elden Ring, Samuels in Alien: Isolation, and Cyril in Final Fantasy XVI.

What cameos appear in 007 First Light?
Beyond the main cast, IO Interactive packed in a set of real-world cameos that are easy to miss if you're not paying attention.
Khaby Lame's cameo is particularly well-placed: the Senegalese-Italian TikTok star actually performs his signature silent shrug in-game, which lands better than most celebrity game appearances manage. Jacksepticeye previously appeared in the episodic game Dispatch, so this isn't his first game credit. Shroud's appearance as a fight club spectator is brief but fits the Mauritania setting.
