Which achievements will take the most time?
Most of the early unlocks come naturally through story progression. First Step into a New World, First Companion, and Healing Hugs will tick off within your first hour. The grind starts when you push toward the collection and combat milestones.
Aniilog Expert requires 80 recorded Aniimo, which means actively hunting rather than passively encountering creatures. Challenge Ace demands 50 completed Pathfinder Challenges, and Supreme Supplier locks you into fulfilling 80 Home Orders. Alpha Predator at 20 Alpha/Omega defeats is another one that requires deliberate farming rather than casual play.
The rarest-looking achievements are the Prismana variants. Sparkling Bright requires a Sparkling Prismana Aniimo specifically, which stacks two separate rarity conditions. Over the Rainbow needs 10 Prismana Aniimo total, so expect that one to take a while.

What about Operation: Egg Heist achievements?
Operation: Egg Heist has its own dedicated achievement cluster, and it's one of the more demanding sections of the list. Safe and Sound requires a clean evacuation in Team Mode on Nightmare difficulty, which is the hardest available setting. Expert Egg Raider and Rising Egg Scout are rank-based, meaning you need sustained performance rather than a single lucky run. Prismana Hoard adds a collection layer on top by requiring 5 Prismatic collectibles from within the mode.
These aren't achievements you'll stumble into. Plan to spend dedicated sessions in Egg Heist if you're going for the full list.
Social and co-op achievements worth noting
Several achievements require another player. A Buddy for My Buddy needs you to gift an Aniimo to a friend in Companion Mode. Friends in Focus requires a photo taken together in the Photo Studio. Hearts in Tune demands a Level 5 Bond with a friend, which takes repeated interaction over time. Treasured Trade is the simplest of the bunch, requiring just one Aniimo exchange.
If you're planning a solo run, these are the ones to coordinate early. None of them are especially complex, but they do require another person to be online and willing.
Is there a trophy for collecting every Aniimo?
There is no dedicated achievement for catching every single Aniimo or their variants. The closest the list gets is Aniilog Expert at 80 recorded entries. That said, completionists will almost certainly pursue full collection anyway, since the Index upgrades and Collection badges are tied to how many you've recorded and caught.
