Brookhaven RP has been on a relentless update schedule throughout 2025 and into 2026, dropping new content almost every Friday between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM EST. From brand-new restaurants and vehicle wraps to full seasonal event zones that temporarily replace the mall, the game has grown considerably over the past year and a half. How often does Brookhaven RP update?
Brookhaven RP receives weekly updates, typically on Fridays. Before an update goes live, an in-game event listing usually appears on the main game page showing the exact release time, though the actual update often goes live 1 to 2 hours before that event begins. Updates are developed and maintained by Voldex, who took over from the original developer Wolfpaq in February 2025.

2026 updates: what has changed this year?
Daily Drivers Car Update (May 23, 2026)
The most recent update added 4 new vehicles to the garage: the 2 Door Coupe, City Car, City Hatchback, and Compact Saloon (the last one locked behind the Premium gamepass). The update also included a round of bug fixes and general game improvements.
New Automall Mechanics and Props Update (May 16, 2026)
This one reshaped the car-buying side of the game. Two new locations arrived: Big Frank's Motors and Greasy Gary's Autoshop. On the building side, 65 new basic props were added alongside a new prop texture and color editing option. Private server owners got meaningful upgrades too, including prop collision and scaling and a new house settings and prop placement saving menu.
Jett's Restaurant Update (May 9, 2026)
Burger Barn was replaced by Jett's, a new restaurant sitting in the same map position. The menu introduced Jungle Nuggets and Banana Whip (3 of each). Three new in-game songs tied to the restaurant were added, plus a full line of Jett's merchandise including caps, backpacks, shoulder buddies, pins, and worker uniforms.
Pink Paradise Update (May 2, 2026)
A new pink-themed house and estate arrived alongside 13 luxury props and a new yoga mat tool with accompanying yoga poses. The update also teased a new restaurant under construction.
Lego Firefighter Event (April 18 and 25, 2026)
The two-week Lego Firefighter collaboration ran across consecutive Fridays. Week 1 added a Lego Firetruck and a Fire Hydrant prop, with a server-wide minigame where players worked together to extinguish burning locations. Week 2 opened the Lego Fire Rescue Boat and shifted the minigame to rescuing the Brookhaven waters from burning ships.
Tool Refresh Update (April 11, 2026)
A visual overhaul update rather than a content drop. Refreshed tools included Milk, Drink Trolley, Foam Finger, Hammer, Axe, Wrench, Laptop, Phone, Tablet, Chips, Chocolate, Basketball, and Soda. Props updated included 3 Vending Machine variations, 2 Game Consoles, 5 Arcade Games, and the Stroller. New and updated emotes added were Star Dance (VIP), Heart Hands (VIP), Angry, Cartwheel Move, Cry, Lay Down, Thinking, and Talking.

Easter Event 2026 (March 28 and April 4, 2026)
Week 1 launched an Egg Hunt minigame where finding eggs earned Bunny Tokens redeemable for permanent prizes including themed props, an Easter Truck, an Easter House, and a Carrot Pogo Stick. A limited-time Spring Shuffler was also available. Week 2 added the Wack-A-Bunny minigame with additional prizes: String Lights, Easter Hedges, and Bean Bags.
Trailer Vans Update (March 21, 2026)
Three new vehicles dropped: a Pick-up Truck, SUV, and Delivery Van, each compatible with trailer types including Car Trailer, Item, Cargo Box, and Cargo Box with Window.
Cherry Blossom Update (March 14, 2026)
A new free house and estate were added alongside 2 new tools: a Katana and a Fan. School decorations were expanded, quick chat got more options and categories, and Avatar Codes arrived for sharing avatar setups. The update also addressed the removal of classic Roblox faces by adding a unique Roblox Faces Vehicle as compensation.
Boats and Beach Plot Update (March 7, 2026)
Two free boats arrived: a Raft and a Fishing Boat, plus a Hoverboat locked behind the VIP gamepass. Plot 27 was unlocked as a new Beach Plot.
Suburban and Props Update (February 28, 2026)
Two new suburban houses (free and premium) plus 3 new props: a Retro Gaming Console, CRT TV, and Lava Lamp.
Utility Vehicle and Props Update (February 21, 2026)
Three utility vehicles arrived: a Cherrypicker Truck, Scissor Lift, and Sewage Truck. Seventeen utility props were added covering breaker panels, high voltage boxes, electrical poles, a transmission tower, and transformers. Private servers gained significant new tools: Prop Saving, Server-wide Music, Server-wide Announcements, and Faster Prop Spawning. Paid Parties were adjusted to R$9.
The Utility Vehicle update was one of the bigger private server feature drops of 2026. If you run a private server regularly, the prop saving and server-wide music features alone are worth knowing about.
Winter Olympics Milano Cortina Event (February 7 and 14, 2026)
Week 1 introduced a dedicated Winter Olympics Event Area with Ski, Snowboard, and Sled vehicles, plus a new house with a customizable flag. Week 2 opened the Bobsled Slopes and added a Bobsled Vehicle, alongside early testing of an Avatar Editor featuring outfits and UGC bodies.
Outfits and Hot Air Balloons Update (January 30, 2026)
Over 20 outfit givers were placed around the town covering roles from Grocery Worker and Pilot to Criminal and Daycare Worker. A Hot Air Balloon was added as a new VIP flying vehicle with 5 color and pattern variations. A new VIP flying vehicle spawn point was placed at the top of the mountain.
Start a Party Update (January 23, 2026)
Players can now host parties by tapping the party button. Four party types are available: House Party (free), Birthday Party, Dance Party, and Taco Party (the last three each cost R$25 per session). Invited players receive an on-screen invite and can teleport directly to the host's house, automatically becoming roommates.
Farmyard Update (January 16, 2026)
Two new farm houses arrived (one free, one premium with a mini barn). New tools included a Wheelbarrow, with updated animations on the Water Bucket and Shovel. Four farm props were added: Weathervane, Feed Trough, Scarecrow Boy and Girl, and Garden Gnome Boy and Girl.
Vehicle Wraps Update (January 9, 2026)
Three new vehicles: a Japanese SUV (free), Micro Kei Truck (free), and Japanese Sports Car (Vehicle Pack). Over 30 vehicle wraps were added for Vehicle Customization gamepass owners. Props Edit Mode went live for all players. Quality-of-life improvements included volume adjustment in the Music Player, a Reset to Default option in Color Pickers, and improved air vehicle spawning.
The Wolf Den Update (January 2, 2026)
The Wolf Den house (free) and Wolf Den Estate (Estates Unlocked gamepass) were added to close out the new year. The Winter Festival 2025 event was removed with this update.

Several 2025 event rewards were time-limited, including the Frosty Manor Bundle (available for 2 weeks at 399 Robux) and the Ed Sheeran music and emotes (available for 3 months from the Baby Update). If you missed these, they are no longer accessible.
What are the biggest feature additions across both years?
Looking across the full 2025 to 2026 period, a few additions stand out as genuinely changing how the game plays rather than just adding more stuff.
The Vehicle Customization gamepass introduced in September 2025 brought underglow, vehicle effects, and eventually over 30 wraps. The Private Server feature set expanded dramatically, going from basic controls to prop saving, server-wide music, admin management, and theme overrides. The Family feature from October 2025 added social structure to roleplay sessions.
