Where is Batman in Fortnite?
Batman stands on a small island off the east coast of the main map, directly south of Wonkeeland. The landmark sits east of Frosted Flats and north of Golden Grove, close to the main Batcave entrance. He does not offer a duel, cannot be hired, and does not drop loot if you fight him.
What he does offer is the Mythic Batman Grapnel Gun for 2,000 Gold Bars, making him one of the pricier vendors on the island. Where is Catwoman in Fortnite?
Catwoman patrols the beach area south of Wonkeeland, positioned slightly west of the main Batcave entrance. She and Batman are close enough that you can visit both in the same rotation without much detour.
You have two options with her: pay 350 Gold Bars to hire her as a Scout specialist, or challenge her to a duel. Win the fight and she drops a Mythic SMG. The SMG is worth going for if you want a powerful weapon early, but hiring her as a specialist has its own tactical value depending on your squad setup.

Harley Quinn stands near the river slightly west of Sinister Strip. The river running down the western edge of that region is your clearest landmark for finding her. Like Catwoman, she offers a duel or a hire option.
Beat her in combat and you collect a Mythic AR. Hire her as a Scout specialist for 350 Gold Bars instead if you want the support. The Mythic AR is a strong early-game pickup, so dueling her first is generally the better play if you land nearby with decent starting loot.

Poison Ivy wanders near a river north of The Battlewoods, east of Lifty Lodge, and west of Latte Landing. The spot is not a named POI, which means most players drift past it without stopping. That actually works in your favor since she is less likely to be hired or eliminated before you arrive.
Duel her and win to earn a Mythic Pistol, or spend 350 Gold Bars to bring her on as a Scout specialist. The Mythic Pistol rounds out the set alongside Catwoman's SMG and Harley Quinn's AR, so completionists running duels across all three will leave with a full Mythic loadout.
