The Kortz Center Heist in Grand Theft Auto V demands careful planning before you ever fire a shot, and the security office is where that planning starts. Getting inside without tripping the alarm comes down to camera timing and one clean takedown. Mess either up and your whole crew gets thrown out. Here's exactly how to pull it off.
Where is the Kortz Center security office?
The security office sits on the ground floor of the Bell Building inside the Kortz Center. Pull up your map when you arrive and look for the Bell Building marker. The office is accessible from the ground level, so there's no climbing or roof access required.
Once you know where you're headed, the real challenge begins: two security cameras stand between you and the door, and there's a guard waiting inside.

How do you get past the two security cameras?
This is where most players get caught. Both cameras have defined sweep patterns, and the mini-map is your best tool here. Blue markings on the mini-map show exactly where each camera is pointing at any given moment. Watch those indicators before you move anywhere.
Camera one: use the white column
Approach the first camera by positioning yourself behind the large white column directly in front of it. The column completely blocks the camera's line of sight when you're pressed against it. Wait there until the camera has fully rotated to face the column, then make your move.
Once the first camera is facing the column, run through the doors to your right.
Camera two: hug the corner
The second camera is inside the room you just entered, and it covers most of the space. The moment you're through the door, tuck into the corner immediately to your right, right next to the door frame. Stay completely still here.
The second camera sweeps back and forth across the room, including directly in front of the security office door on your left. Watch the mini-map blue indicators again. The moment the camera pans away from that door, move fast through it and enter stealth mode the instant you cross the threshold.

How do you take out the security office guard without getting caught?
Once you're inside the security room, stay in stealth mode the entire time. The guard inside needs to be knocked out silently. Use a melee attack or bare hands. Any weapon that makes noise will alert other guards and end the mission.
Timing the takedown matters. Get close from behind while the guard isn't facing you, then execute the silent knockout. If you miss or the guard spots you first, they'll trigger an alert and throw you out.

What do you do after knocking out the guard?
With the guard down, interact with the computer terminal inside the office. This uploads Haviland and grants you access to the Kortz Center's CCTV camera network, which is the whole point of this infiltration. From here, you have the visibility you need to plan the rest of the heist properly.
