Many side quests in Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection clearly point players toward their objectives. Most tasks involve defeating monsters or collecting items that appear on the map. However, the No Littering quest in Canalata Timberland works a little differently.
Instead of marking locations, the quest asks players to search the area and destroy ten junk piles scattered around the region. Each one drops a Junk Pile Salvage, and collecting all ten completes the objective.

Where to Start the No Littering Quest
Players can start the No Littering quest in Canalata Timberland. The quest is given by an NPC standing beside the river just north of the Cataracts Catavan Stand.
There is a junk pile next to the NPC, but destroying it does not count toward the required ten piles. It only drops a few Big Barrel items, so players should focus on the other piles around the area.
After accepting the quest, players need to explore Canalata Timberland and destroy junk piles scattered across rivers, camps, and lookout points.

All Junk Pile Locations in Canalata Timberland
To complete the No Littering quest, players need to destroy 10 junk piles across Canalata Timberland. Each pile drops a Junk Pile Salvage, which is required to finish the quest.
Below are the locations for every junk pile.
Junk Pile #1
The first junk pile is located east of the Cataracts Crossroads Catavan Stand. It sits on the eastern side of the river, just before the river splits into two branches.
Junk Pile #2
The second pile can be found slightly southwest of the Cataracts Crossroads Catavan Stand. It is close enough to reach quickly after collecting the first pile.
Junk Pile #3
Follow the river southwest from the Cataracts Catavan Stand to find the third junk pile along the water.
Junk Pile #4
This junk pile sits just northwest of Camp: Blessing Hill. It is one of the easier ones to spot when traveling between camps.
Junk Pile #5
The fifth junk pile is located in the river between Camp: Cataracts and Camp: Blessing Hill.
Junk Pile #6
Players can find this pile north of Camp: Cataracts, inside one of the smaller river branches nearby.
Junk Pile #7
The seventh junk pile is right beside the Lookout Point: Cataracts Catavan Stand.
Junk Pile #8
From the previous location, head northwest of the Lookout Point: Cataracts Catavan Stand. The junk pile sits on the western bank of the river.
Junk Pile #9
The ninth junk pile is located northeast of the Lookout Point: Cataracts Catavan Stand. It appears on a cliff overlooking the middle river branch that leads toward Lookout Point: Howlinyowl Forest.
Junk Pile #10
The final junk pile is close to Junk Pile #9. It sits along the middle river branch heading toward Lookout Point: Howlinyowl Forest Catavan Stand.
Tips for Completing the Quest Faster
The junk piles are mostly located along rivers and near Catavan stands, so traveling between these fast travel points helps speed things up. It is also useful to clear them while exploring the region to avoid unnecessary backtracking.
Once players collect 10 Junk Pile Salvage, they simply return to the quest NPC to turn in the objective and claim the rewards.
