The ID Wristbands serve as the Care Center's tiered access system. Think of them as the spiritual successor to the classic card key sets from earlier Resident Evil titles. Capcom always finds a new theme for these collectible unlocks, and in Requiem it's wristbands tied to clearance levels.

How To Get the Level 1 ID Wristband

Before you can grab the first wristband, you need the East Wing Keycard. Getting it requires a short detour through the West Wing's second floor.

How To Get the East Wing Keycard First

Here's the sequence to unlock the East Wing:

1. Head to the second floor of the West Wing and enter the Chairman's Office.
2. Find the Unicorn Trinket Box on the table, examine it, and shake it to pop out the Red Jewel.
3. Drop back down to the first floor hallway just past the Central Hall.
4. Slot the Red Jewel into the door indentation to open the Parlor.
5. Check the severed arm inside to pick up the East Wing Keycard.

With the keycard in hand, head into the East Wing and make your way to the second floor. Pass through the Examination Room, the Treatment Room, and the Blood Lab, then follow the corridors until you spot a staircase curving upward.

How To Get the Level 2 ID Wristband

This one requires the most work. You'll need to solve the Organ Transport Box puzzle and track down two specific items: the Artificial Heart and the Artificial Lungs.

Getting the Artificial Heart

1. Grab the Wrench from the Custodian's Office (unlocked with Level 1 clearance).
2. Return to the northwestern corner of West Wing 1F.
3. Use the Wrench to force open the Cold Storage door.
4. Pick up the Artificial Heart inside.

Getting the Artificial Lungs (Organ Transport Box Puzzle)

First, complete the second Puzzle Box in the East Wing 2F Lead Researcher's Office. The file you receive contains the clues needed to open the Organ Transport Box.

Then follow these steps:

1. Go to the Garage in West Wing 1F and collect the Organ Transport Box. Watch out for the infected operating the bulldozer.
2. Examine the box and perform these actions in order:
   • Turn the dial from Auto to Hand
   • Raise the right-hand switch to exactly the middle level of the gauge
   • Press switch #5, then switch #2 so both are lowered
   • Flip the dial back from Hand to Auto
3. Rotate the container and open it to retrieve the Artificial Lungs.

Completing the Organ Puzzle for Level 2

Carry both organs back to the Examination Room in East Wing 1F. Place the Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs into the chest cavity of the patient on the table. The patient will reanimate along with any nearby infected whose heads are still intact. Take them down, and the Level 2 ID Wristband is yours.

How To Get the Level 3 ID Wristband

The final wristband is actually the most straightforward of the three once you have Level 2 clearance.

1. With the Level 2 ID Wristband equipped, head to the Isolation Ward in the East Wing.
2. Enter the main room and move to the far right side.
3. Step into the Security Manager's Office.
4. Interact with the notebook sitting on the desk.
5. Approach the puzzle machine in the room to trigger a cutscene.
6. Grace will automatically retrieve the Level 3 ID Wristband from the Security Manager's body.

What Does Level 3 Clearance Unlock?

The Level 3 ID Wristband opens Emily's locked cell in the Isolation Ward, which is central to progressing the story. The adjacent cell is also accessible and contains a Mr. Raccoon collectible, so don't skip it.
