Eggs 1 and 2: The central tree area
Egg 1 sits on top of the large tree in the center of the asylum, right next to the Talent Stage. Reach it by jumping from the tall speaker closest to the tree. Egg 2 is on the ground in the corner of the same dirt patch where that tree is planted, so grab both while you are in the area.
Egg 3: Kitchen stove pot
Head to the back of the asylum and into the kitchen. Egg 3 is sitting inside a pot on top of the stove furthest toward the back wall.
Egg 4: Broken gas valve room
From the kitchen, pass through the dining room toward the gym. In the large room just before the gym, there is a broken gas valve. Look to the bottom left of that valve to find Egg 4.
Egg 5: Lounge dirt patch
Cross to the opposite side of the ground floor. Near the lounge area with blue sofas and the cleaning mop station, there is a small dirt patch with two shorter trees. Egg 5 is tucked in the corner of that patch.
Egg 6: Patient respawn room shelf
Egg 6 is on a shelf inside one of the patient rooms on the first floor. This is the specific room where Players respawn after dying as a Patient, making it easy to locate.
Egg 7: First floor TV lounge plant
Find the lounge with the large flat screen TV on the first floor, close to the Haven Suites. Egg 7 is hidden at the base of one of the plants in that lounge. It blends in easily, so look carefully at ground level.
Egg 8: Secret library bookshelf
Go to the ground floor laundry room, which is next to the Restricted Section near the building exit. Press the red button on the far wall to access the secret library. Inside, Egg 8 is sitting on top of a bookshelf to the right of the entrance.
Egg 9: Restricted section plant
Egg 9 is at the base of a plant just to the left of the Laundry Room entrance. The plant is inside the restricted section, so switching to Orderlies before grabbing this one will save you a headache.
Where do the restricted eggs hide?
From egg 10 onward, you need to be playing as Orderlies at minimum. The remaining eggs are spread across authorized rooms, lower warehouse levels, the Therapeutic Gym, and the Research Labs at the end.

Egg 10 is in the Authorized Room directly across the hall from the Medical Bay.
Egg 11: Vending machines corridor
Just outside that same Authorized Room, Egg 11 is wedged between some boxes and two vending machines.

Continue along the path until you reach a corner area with two blue sofas. Egg 12 is inside one of the nearby plants.
Egg 13: Janitor's warehouse lockers
Head down to the lower level and into the Janitor's Warehouse. Egg 13 is on top of the metal lockers, being held by a cat.
Egg 14: Wooden pallet with boxes
Exit the Janitor's Warehouse and make a U-turn to the right. Egg 14 is sitting on top of a wooden pallet stacked with brown boxes.
Egg 15: Central watchtower
Egg 15 requires either Facility Director or Elite Protection Unit (EPU) team membership. The Central Watchtower is at the end of the corridor to the left of the Medical Bay. The egg is inside the watchtower itself.
Egg 16: Therapeutic Gym bench press
The Therapeutic Gym is one level below the previous Orderly-accessible eggs, and there are sign posts pointing you toward it. Egg 16 is underneath one of the bench presses inside.
Egg 17: Elevator Shaft corridor corner
Egg 17 is sitting in the corner of the corridor connecting the Elevator Shaft and the Cubic Reception areas.
Egg 18: Orderly spawn entrance
Head through the elevator shaft and up the stairs to the entrance of the Orderly Spawn Point. Egg 18 is waiting right there at the entrance.
Eggs 19 and 20: Research Labs access only
The final two eggs require membership in the Facility Directors, EPU, or Scientist teams. You cannot access the Research (Ignotus) Labs without one of those three roles.
