Where to find Spider Lilies
Spider Lilies only appear at night. During the day the spawn points sit completely empty, which is why the collection half of the quest feels broken to players who start in daylight. Look for glowing blue flowers with the Spider Lily pickup prompt and watch the quest counter update after each one.
The densest cluster sits around the Bamboo Grove area. Specific spots to sweep:

Follow the quest marker to the Verdant Cliffs. Dr. Higoshima stands on high ground marked with a red exclamation point, and there is no ramp up to him. Keep the Biwa Bell after the transformation. It is the only way back into Muzan's domain, and you will need it for everything that follows.

Arts can also drop from bosses and chests, including luck chests. Whatever orb you land on, using it starts a core training questline that must be finished before the abilities become active. Leaving the server during that questline loses the quest and any cubes tied to it.
