Everything in her kit revolves around a unique resource called Downbeats. According to GosuGamers, Downbeats accumulate passively over time and spike whenever allies trigger Anomaly or Disorder. Once you've built enough, holding the Basic Attack button unleashes her Charged Attack, which deals high Daze and pushes Anomaly buildup simultaneously. That Charged Attack can then chain directly into a Chain Attack from your squad, letting you cash in the stun window for heavy Disorder and Abloom damage.
Her EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate all skip the long charge animations, so weaving them into your rotation keeps things moving without losing damage. Inflicting Ether damage buffs the whole squad's damage by 15%, stackable up to two times, and reaching maximum stacks adds another 60 Anomaly Proficiency on top. That's the only Stun W-Engine in the current pool that directly feeds her Anomaly scaling, which is why the gap between it and alternatives is noticeable.

Her main caveats are a higher investment ceiling than most supports (she wants Neon Fantasies to perform at her ceiling), and she's genuinely weak outside Anomaly teams.
If you're building around the Angels of Delusion or already running Miyabi or Yanagi, she fits naturally and makes those teams meaningfully stronger. If your roster doesn't have strong Anomaly DPS units, the investment case is harder to make.
