Aniimo throws a lot of currencies at you fast. Credits, Glimmer, Lumin Crystals, Stamps, and roughly a dozen more tokens all appear within the first few hours, and the game does not stop to explain which ones matter for progression versus which ones are purely cosmetic. After spending time working through the 1.0 update economy, here is the full breakdown of every currency, what it actually does, and where your attention should go first.
What are all the currencies in Aniimo?
Aniimo has over 20 distinct currencies as of the 1.0 update. That sounds overwhelming, but they split cleanly into a few categories: progression resources, cosmetic tokens, activity-specific vouchers, and the one premium currency you buy with real money. Understanding which bucket each token falls into makes the whole system much less confusing.

Aniimo Currencies Explained: All Token & How to Use Them
Core progression currencies
Credits are the primary currency in the game. You spend them on resources, Aniipods, and general shop purchases. Think of Credits as the universal coin you will never have quite enough of in the mid-game. Earning them through exploration and completing activities is your baseline loop.
Primergy functions as the game's stamina system. Certain activities cost Primergy to enter, so managing your daily supply determines how much active content you can run in a session.
Home Coin is tied entirely to your base. Buying plots, upgrading production facilities, and improving your RV all require Home Coin. If base-building is a priority, this one needs consistent attention.
Stamp is the Season Shop currency. You can earn roughly 1,500 Stamps per week through regular play, and they exchange for valuable rewards in the seasonal store. Hitting that weekly cap consistently is worth building your daily routine around.

Cosmetic and appearance currencies
Glimmer is the standard cosmetic currency. You earn it through exploration and daily activities, and it exchanges directly for outfits. This is the free-to-play path to building your wardrobe without spending real money.
Lumin Crystal is the premium currency. Buying it requires real money, and it unlocks outfits in the main shop that Glimmer cannot reach. If you want to know exactly what those premium packs cost before committing, the Aniimo pricing guide covers the free-to-play structure alongside the optional pre-order pack tiers.
Shimmering Reverie lets you change the full appearance of any creature you catch. Glimmering Mirage does the same thing but for individual parts of a creature rather than the whole design. Both are appearance-only and have no effect on stats or combat.
Fashion Voucher is exchanged with the Trendsetter NPC in Astra for fashion items. This one is separate from both Glimmer and Lumin Crystal, so it opens up a third cosmetic track.

Activity-specific vouchers and tokens
Several currencies are locked to specific game modes or vendors. These do not cross over, so earning them in one activity only helps you in that same activity's shop.
Super Egg Voucher and Egg Voucher both come from the Egg Heist game mode. Super Egg Vouchers and Egg Vouchers exchange for supplies and eggs at the Lumintech Shop. Eggshell Coin also feeds into the Egg Heist shop as a separate token.
Pearl Cascade is the currency for the Crevice Exploration shop, where it exchanges for Legendary Aniimo items. This makes it one of the more important activity-locked currencies for players focused on building a strong roster.
Sparkling Crystal converts to Sparkling Cubes at an outpost vendor. Idyll Ancient Coin buys accessories from Idyll Vendors specifically.
Starwish Coin powers the Starwish Gachapon. Voxel Coin works in various shops around Astra and also lets you play Super Lucky Star. Paw Coin is used in the Pawprint Shop.
Training Coin is dedicated to the Holo-Battle Sim item shop, making it relevant only if you are actively running that mode.
Bud Ticket covers furniture purchases for your home space.

Which currencies should you prioritize?
For new players, the answer is Credits, Stamps, and Primergy. Credits keep your roster growing. Stamps build toward the best seasonal rewards. Primergy gates how much content you can run per day, so understanding your daily cap helps you plan sessions efficiently.
Pearl Cascade earns a spot on that priority list as soon as you unlock Crevice Exploration, since Legendary Aniimo are a meaningful power spike. For creature rankings across all roles, the Aniimo tier list helps you decide which Legendaries are actually worth chasing before you commit your Pearl Cascade.
Cosmetic currencies like Glimmer and Fashion Vouchers can be collected passively without redirecting your focus. Lumin Crystal is the only one that costs real money, so treat it separately from the rest of your economy planning.
Where to go next
The currency system is deep but manageable once you know which tokens belong to which activity. Start with Credits and Stamps, add Pearl Cascade when Crevice Exploration opens up, and let the cosmetic currencies accumulate naturally through daily play. For everything else covering the game's systems and events, the full Aniimo guides collection has you covered.
