Season 1 of EA Sports College Football 27 is live, and the Field Pass is already running. Spanning 60 levels, it hands out a steady stream of Coins, Trophies, player packs, and strategy items as you grind through College Ultimate Team. The rewards are free for everyone, no premium purchase required, so every match you play is working toward something.

What rewards does the Season 1 Field Pass include?

The Field Pass covers six categories of rewards spread across its 60 levels: Coins, Trophies, BND Fantasy Packs, Strategy Item Packs, Stadium Packs, and specialty packs like the Hailmary Pack, Field Goal Pack, Victory Formation Pack, Contender Pack, and National Championship Pack. Coins and Trophies appear repeatedly throughout, scaling up as you push deeper into the pass.

The early levels are light work. You pick up 4 Season 1 Upgradeable players at Level 2, a Playbook Pack at Level 3, and small Coin drops from Levels 7 through 14. These get you moving in CUT without requiring much time investment upfront.

The mid-pass stretch, roughly Levels 25 through 40, is where the rewards start to feel meaningful. Level 25 delivers a Field Goal Pack, Level 35 a Victory Formation Pack, and Level 40 bumps you up to an S1 Rare BND Fantasy Pack. The Coin payouts also increase steadily, going from 5,000 at Level 24 up to 8,000 by Level 42.

Level 41 stands out: it drops a massive 50,000 Trophies in a single reward, which is a significant spike compared to the 2,000 to 5,000 Trophy increments everywhere else on the pass.

What is the best milestone to target first?

Level 50 is the single most rewarding checkpoint on the entire pass. It bundles three separate rewards: an S1 Rare BND Fantasy Pack, a National Championship Pack, and an S2 Head Start Token. That last one is worth paying attention to, since it carries progress into Season 2 before it even begins.

Levels 54 through 60 are pure endgame grind territory. Every even-numbered level in that range pays out 10,000 Coins, while odd levels alternate between 5,000 Trophies and S1 Rare BND Fantasy Packs. If you reach Level 60, you will have collected five S1 Rare BND Fantasy Packs in the back half of the pass alone.

How do you unlock Field Pass rewards?

Progress comes from hitting milestones across College Football 27's various game modes. The pass does not advance on a timer, so the pace is entirely up to how much you play. Completing objectives in different modes is the most efficient way to push levels, since the milestone requirements are spread across CUT activities rather than tied to one specific playlist.

The rewards listed above are available to all players at no additional cost. A premium pass tier has not been confirmed at launch, so the full table above represents what every player can earn during Season 1.

Is the Season 1 Field Pass worth grinding?

For CUT players, yes, without hesitation. The Coin rewards alone add up to well over 200,000 across the full 60 levels, and the BND Fantasy Packs at the back end give you repeated shots at high-rated players. The S2 Head Start Token at Level 50 is a smart incentive to push past the midpoint rather than stopping once the Uncommon packs dry up.

The early levels move fast and the rewards feel proportionate to the time invested. The grind gets heavier past Level 40, but the payoff scales up to match.
