Complete seven One Piece quests in Fortnite to unlock all four free sprays. There are currently eight tasks across two episodes, each worth 10,000 XP, so finishing the full set earns you 80,000 XP. The objectives cover exploration, collecting, combat, and crossover items, including Zoro's Three Sword Style and the Gum-Gum Fruit. Most requirements accumulate across matches, giving you room to chip away at them. Better still, one quest is optional if you're only chasing the cosmetics. Below are every objective, its completion requirements, and the reward milestones.
What rewards do the One Piece quests unlock?
The One Piece cosmetic rewards unlock at four completion milestones: one, three, five, and seven quests. The final milestone awards the Buggy Spray, so you can leave any one of the eight current objectives unfinished and still collect every spray.
Each quest also awards 10,000 XP. Completing seven earns 70,000 XP, while finishing all eight brings the total to 80,000 XP.
| Completed quests | Free cosmetic reward | Total quest XP earned |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Luffy and Zoro Spray | 10,000 XP |
| 3 | Nami and Usopp Spray | 30,000 XP |
| 5 | Sanji and Tony Tony Chopper Spray | 50,000 XP |
| 7 | Buggy Spray | 70,000 XP |

The XP advances your Treasure Hunters Battle Pass, which includes Ace and Nico Robin outfits. Check the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass skins guide for the outfits on that separate reward track.
Where do you find the quests, and which modes count?
Open the Quests tab to find the One Piece objectives. Episode 1 and Episode 2 currently contain four quests each. Check this tab as the Treasure Hunters mini-season progresses for additional episodes and your remaining requirements.
Battle Royale supports these crossover objectives. Some quests also work in Reload and Blitz, but eligibility depends on the task. After loading into either mode, check Quests before committing to an objective. Use Battle Royale for the sword-damage and top 10 tasks detailed below.

How do you complete the collection and exploration quests?
Four objectives involve collecting items, discovering named locations, or talking to the Straw Hat Crew. Each pays 10,000 XP. Their requirements are specific: equipping qualifying loot, landing at different named locations, and speaking to NPCs each contribute to a different objective.
| Objective | Episode | Completion requirement | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discover named locations for Luffy | Episode 2 | Land at 4 different named locations across matches | 10,000 XP |
| Get acquainted with the Straw Hat Crew | Episode 2 | Talk to 2 Straw Hat Pirates NPCs | 10,000 XP |
| Collect high-rarity items for Nami | Episode 1 | Find and equip 3 Legendary, Mythic, or Exotic items across matches | 10,000 XP |
| Collect Nami's Tangerines for Sanji | Episode 2 | Find and equip 16 Nami's Tangerine consumables across matches | 10,000 XP |
Discover four named locations for Luffy
Land at four different named points of interest to complete Luffy's exploration task. You can make those landings across separate matches. Choose a different named location for each remaining discovery rather than repeating the same landing spot.
Talk to two Straw Hat Crew NPCs
Find two Straw Hat Pirates NPCs on the island and interact with each to talk. This task requires conversations, while Luffy's exploration objective requires named-location discoveries. Check both counters separately in Quests as you work through Episode 2.
Collect Legendary or better items for Nami
Find and equip three qualifying items for Nami. Legendary, Mythic, and Exotic items all satisfy the rarity requirement, and your collection total carries across matches.
Collect 16 Nami's Tangerines for Sanji
Find and equip 16 Nami's Tangerines to complete Sanji's task. The objective requires this specific consumable. You can collect the required amount across different matches, so keep adding to the counter until it reaches 16.
How do you complete the sword and Gum-Gum Fruit quests?
Two Episode 1 objectives require particular crossover items. Zoro's Three Sword Style handles the 700 damage requirement, while the Gum-Gum Fruit's Gum-Gum Rocket handles the 250-meter travel requirement. Both totals accumulate across matches.
Deal 700 damage with Zoro's Three Sword Style
Pick up Zoro's Three Sword Style in Battle Royale and deal 700 total damage to opponents with it. The objective refers to Zoro's Swords, and Three Sword Style is the item you need.
You do not need to deal all 700 damage in one match. Keep using the swords against opponents when you find them, then check the damage counter in Quests to see how much remains.
Travel 250 meters with Gum-Gum Rocket
Equip the Gum-Gum Fruit and use its secondary ability, Gum-Gum Rocket, to travel a total of 250 meters. This task measures movement with that specific ability, so make sure you're using Rocket when working on the distance requirement.
The 250 meters can be accumulated across matches. Continue using Gum-Gum Rocket until the travel counter is complete, rather than trying to cover the entire requirement in one use.

Travel with the Gum-Gum Rocket
How do you finish Usopp's quest and reach the top 10?
The remaining objectives require ranged hits and a Battle Royale placement. Usopp's ranged-hit task belongs to Episode 1, while reaching the top 10 belongs to Episode 2. Both award 10,000 XP and count once toward the spray milestones.
| Objective | Required result | Progress across matches |
|---|---|---|
| Impress Usopp with ranged hits | Land 10 hits on opponents beyond 50 meters | Hits accumulate across matches |
| Prove yourself to the Straw Hats | Reach the top 10 in Battle Royale | Requires 1 qualifying match |
Land 10 hits beyond 50 meters
Use ranged weapons to hit opponents more than 50 meters away. Usopp's task requires 10 qualifying hits in total, and you can build that count across matches.
Distance matters as much as connecting the shot: the opponent must be beyond 50 meters for the hit to satisfy the objective. Keep checking the counter as you work toward all 10 hits.
Reach the top 10 once
Reach the top 10 in one Battle Royale match to complete the placement task. This objective needs a single qualifying result, unlike the damage, collection, and travel totals that you can add to over several matches.
A top 10 result earns the same 10,000 XP as every other quest. It also contributes one completion toward the Buggy Spray, so it can replace whichever other objective you leave unfinished while pursuing the cosmetics.
Do you need to finish all eight quests?
Seven completed quests unlock the Luffy and Zoro, Nami and Usopp, Sanji and Tony Tony Chopper, and Buggy sprays. All eight quests remain worth doing for XP, but the cosmetic target gives you flexibility if one requirement takes longer than the rest.
Use your existing progress to decide what to finish. If Zoro's sword damage is still behind or Usopp's ranged-hit counter is taking time, any other unfinished objective contributes equally toward the seven-completion milestone. Finish the eighth for the full 80,000 XP, and complete these mini-season quests before Treasure Hunters ends.
