The DC Hot Bat Summer event has dropped three of Gotham's most dangerous women onto the Fortnite island, and each one is sitting on a beach waiting for you to challenge them to a duel. Beat all three and you'll walk away with rare weapons, 1,000 Gold Bars apiece, and the Batman Sprite that unlocks the Bat Cape ability. Here's exactly where to find Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy, and how to take each one down without losing your shield in the process.
Where do Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy spawn?
All three DC Sirens bosses hang out on beaches near named POIs. None of them are inside the POIs themselves, so don't waste time searching buildings. Each one shows up as an NPC icon on your mini-map once you get close enough, which takes the guesswork out of the final approach.
Every boss drops the same base rewards on top of their unique weapon: the Batman Sprite, a Self-Revive Device, Chug Jug, or Big Shield Potion, and 1,000 Gold Bars. The Batman Sprite is the most valuable piece here since it's tied to the DC Hot Bat Summer quests and their rewards, so prioritize collecting it even if you don't plan to keep the weapon.

How to find and beat Catwoman
Catwoman spawns south of the Wonkeeland POI, strolling along the beach in the sun. Land nearby, let the NPC icon appear on your mini-map, and follow it to her exact position. Walk up, start a conversation, and select the Duel option to kick things off.
She's the easiest of the three. Her main trick is repositioning with jumps, which makes her a frustrating target at range. Close the gap immediately and bring a shotgun. Staying in her face limits how often she can reposition and lets you burst her down before she gets comfortable. The Seven Sliders can help you match her movement if she keeps bouncing away.

How to find and beat Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn is on a beach a short distance southwest of Sinister Strip. Same approach: get near the area, watch for the NPC icon, and walk up to start the duel.
Harley is more aggressive than Catwoman. She throws grenades, and if you try to fight from a distance you'll spend the whole match dodging explosives rather than dealing damage. Get in close to take the grenades out of the equation entirely, then unload with a shotgun. A Port-A-Cover gives you a quick defensive option if you need a moment to heal between pushes.
How to find and beat Poison Ivy
Poison Ivy spawns on a beach north of The Battlewoods. She's the hardest of the three by a clear margin, and you should gear up properly before challenging her.
She has two mechanics that make her genuinely dangerous. First, she throws stink bombs at range that leave lethal gas clouds on the ground. Second, she can use the Med Mist item to heal herself mid-fight. Waiting for the gas to clear while she tops herself back up is a losing strategy.
The counter is constant aggression. Stay close to minimize stink bomb throws, and keep the pressure up so she doesn't get a clean window to heal. Bring strong weapons before you start; having a solid loadout from rescuing John Wick's Dog (which rewards the 9MM Baba Yaga) makes this fight significantly more manageable. Every boss drops the same reward pool with one unique weapon per character. Here's the full breakdown:

Should you fight all three in one match?
You can, but it's risky. The bosses are spread across the map, and traveling between all three beach locations takes time and exposes you to other players. A more reliable approach is to target one boss per match, collect the Batman Sprite and Gold Bars, then use those resources to gear up for the next run.
That said, if you're running with a squad and have solid weapons, knocking out Catwoman and Harley Quinn in the same match is very doable since they're both relatively straightforward. Save Poison Ivy for a dedicated run where you can land near The Battlewoods, loot properly, and go in with full shields.
