How to find every collectible in Luna Abyss

Luna Abyss hides 116 collectibles across its six chapters, and missing even one can mean replaying entire sections. The good news is that nothing is permanently missable. The Select Level option in the menu lets you replay any sub-chapter, and as long as you reach a checkpoint and use Exit Level Select after grabbing a collectible, it saves and counts toward your total. That single system removes most of the stress from completion runs.

The 116 total breaks down into four categories: 87 Lore Entries, 15 Drift Crystals, 10 Health Increases, and 4 Weapon Upgrades. Weapons and skills are story-tied and unmissable, so this guide focuses entirely on the four collectible types above.

Before diving chapter by chapter, here is a quick breakdown of what you are hunting and why each type matters:

Chapter 1 collectibles

Sorrow Canyon (7 collectibles)

Lore Entry #1 (Memory - Entry #543 - The Last Stand) sits against the door right at the chapter's opening. Hard to walk past.

Lore Entry #2 (Memory - Entry #2 - Help Us) appears in plain sight along the main path shortly after a shadow runs across the area when you emerge from a pipe.

Lore Entry #3 (Character - The Waif) requires a small detour. After speaking to the Waif NPC, go through the metal door with the red light beside it and cross the pipes ahead. On the left, a set of pipes forms a ramp leading down to the collectible.

Drift Crystal #1 sits at the bottom of a pipe on the left side after you learn to crouch. Follow the path right along the pipes, jump the moving platform, and at the top take the pipe leading down-left. Shoot the red crystal.

Lore Entry #4 (Monsters - Mother - Eyes) is on a pipe walkway after the first purple lasers. Use the pipes on the right to jump across.

Lore Entry #5 (Memory - Entry #56743 - Crystalisation) is directly to the left of the Shield Breaker Shotgun.

Health Increase #1 comes after a glitch message interrupts the screen. Fight enemies in the room with the upper-level checkpoint, then look for a yellow chest just past that checkpoint. Shoot the orb to open it.

Lore Entry #6 (Memory - Entry 1031 - The One Who Answers) is in the large circular room after the first boss. Use the jump pad in the center to reach the upper level.

Warden's Regret (8 collectibles)

Drift Crystal #2 hides behind red-crystal-covered pipes on the far left side of the opening checkpoint room.

Health Increase #2 is through a small crouchable gap to the right of a barrier-blocked door in the next room.

Lore Entry #7 (Memory - Entry #092 - Hidden) is on a corpse beneath the stairs in the room where you fall after the blue barrier door. Do not drop down the red hole yet.

Lore Entry #8 (Memory - Entry #60806 - The Calling) is on a corpse near a column in the large room with the massive red window, reached after a long pipe drop.

Lore Entry #9 (Character - Urien Caldecott) requires using the Watcher Neural Patterns skill on a large circular structure. About halfway up, after dashing to a Watcher above a metal grate and shooting a blue switch to spawn another Watcher, use the newly spawned Watcher to reach the middle platform.

Lore Entry #10 (Monsters - Watchers) appears after returning to the start-of-area checkpoint and crossing the gap using Watchers. After a massive pipe with shootable blobs and a checkpoint by a large fan, jump to a Watcher, use a jump pad to reach another, then look left instead of continuing toward the wall pipe.

Lore Entry #11 (Memory - Entry #877 - The Giant) is behind you after falling into a large pipe where you must dash to a Watcher through metal bars. Turn around before dashing.

Health Increase #3 is inside a pipe on the right side after a large pipe with four spinning purple lasers. Dash from the Watcher to reach it.

Lore Entry #12 (Memory - Entry #4823 - F.A.T.E Warden) is on the ground just before a jump pad, inside the pipe to the right of a checkpoint with metal bars on its left.

Lore Entry #13 (Character - Ellie) is visible on the right side of a thin corridor lined with square rocks, just before the next pipe, after riding the lift with Ellie.

Lore Entry #14 (Memory - Entry #606 - Burn) is near a corpse close to the bright light at the far end of the massive debris-filled room near the end of the level.

King's Reach (7 collectibles)

Lore Entry #15 (Memory - Entry #72109 - Panic) is at the feet of the statue at the top of the right-side stairs at the chapter's start.

Lore Entry #16 (Character - Everett) is at the end of a blue-lit alley to the right, just before the portal near the red barrier leading to the mines.

Lore Entry #17 (Memory - Entry #11909 - Uncanny Valley) is behind the Waif NPC, found by turning right at the broken statue and going down the stairs.

Lore Entry #18 (Memory - Entry #2932 - Gifts) requires the double jump skill. After crossing metal catwalks and using a jump pad, look right for a pillar with a white symbol. Jump to the platform behind it, then to the platform at the end.

Lore Entry #19 (Location - Scout Trails) is on the lower platform to the right during the thin bridge-jumping section.

Lore Entry #20 (Memory - Entry #111 - Entombed) is on the ground inside the white shield bubble after jumping across suspended train carriages.

Lore Entry #21 (Memory - Entry #72109 - Panic) is beside the blue-barrier-covered door after using the Shield Wall ability for the first time to block bullets in a hallway.

Weeping Meadows (11 collectibles)

Lore Entry #22 (Memory - Entry #4487 - Growths) is at the end of a growth-filled pipe. After the first jumps in the outdoor tree area, head up the destroyed stairs to the right of the round-door switch before going through.

Lore Entry #23 (Memory - Entry #7840 - Hunger) is inside a cave just past two red trees on the left, after the second circular door.

Lore Entry #24 (Memory - Entry 32022 - Goliath) is past the first set of purple lasers on a moving platform after the third circular door. Use the jump pad to reach the upper area, go left, and turn right past the first lasers.

Health Increase #4 is behind bars near the second Watcher after the fourth circular door. Jump to the thin outer ledge and work around to the opening.

Lore Entry #25 (Memory - #16379 - The Disconnected) is in a small room to the right before a red-glowing pipe, reached by double jumping after the moving-laser platform section.

Lore Entry #26 (Character - Foss) is inside a cave on the left side of the Disconnected Commune area.

Lore Entry #27 (Character - Kashvi) is inside the cave behind the white-haired long-necked NPC on the right side of the Disconnected Commune.

Lore Entry #28 (Character - Min) is at the end of metal pathways on the right side of the upper area, reached by using the jump pad to the right of the previous collectible.

Lore Entry #29 (Memory - Entry #55721 - Shutdown) is to the left of the first red barrier in the outdoor red-grass area. Dash through, then turn around and double jump back to it.

Drift Crystal #3 is through a small gap to the left of a white wall symbol after the enemy fight past the next red barrier. Double jump and dash across the gap to reach it.

Health Increase #5 is through the red barrier at the far back of the Disconnected Commune after activating the pump and returning.

Lore Entry #30 (Memory - Entry #8493 - Curiosity Killed The Cat) is at the bottom of the hole marked with the "Too Late Now" sign in the cave after the pump activation.

Lore Entry #31 (Character - Francis) is on the small ledge to the right of the red barrier, reached after fighting enemies beside a massive corpse and going through the upper cave.

Drift Crystal #4 is inside a small cave to the right of the checkpoint crystal in the cutscene area where you gain the Goliath control skill. Look up-right inside.

Lore Entry #32 (Memory - Entry #6329 - Fortifications) is next to a tomb in the center of the same Goliath skill area.

Scourge Crater (4 collectibles)

Lore Entry #33 (Memory - Entry #43229 - Eruption) is on the left as you climb the hill after the opening red-barrier dash section. If you can see the massive orb, you have gone too far.

Lore Entry #34 (Memory - Entry #56744 - Crystalisation [02]) is to the left of the Manarch's Lance weapon.

Lore Entry #35 (Memory - Entry #54717 - Metal) is up a metal path on the left, partway up the ramp after exiting the Goliath through the broken metal door in the circular arena.

Drift Crystal #5 requires taking the alternate path from the first Watcher while climbing the circular arena. Instead of boosting upward, dash to the suspended metal structure on the left and follow it back to the outer layer, then head right.

Lore Entry #36 (Character - William Fisher) is in plain sight on the main path before the small pipe after escaping the circular arena through the top opening.

Tortured Adrift (1 collectible)

Lore Entry #37 (Memory - Entry #202 - Fragile Little Planet) is next to the first checkpoint. Impossible to miss.

The Second Seal (4 collectibles)

Weapon Upgrade #1 - Scout Rifle Mark II is in a chest in plain sight after climbing to the upper level past the red barrier into the mines.

Lore Entry #38 (Memory - Entry #0456 - Descent) is on pipes to the right in the water-and-purple-laser section after the spectral pathway checkpoint.

Lore Entry #39 (Memory - Entry #04031 - Defend Your Faith) is in plain sight after getting off the moving platform where you jump over a back-and-forth laser.

Drift Crystal #6 is inside the Drift Mines Station in the cave with the angel statue. Slide under the gate to enter.

Lore Entry #40 (Memory - Entry #29265 - Loop Line) is on the platform directly above Drift Crystal #6.

The Drift Mines (6 collectibles)

Lore Entry #41 (Memory - Entry #02021 - Communion) is beside a statue to the right, just before the metal grate with the dashable Watcher in the first cave.

Health Increase #6 requires dashing to a Watcher on the right after the first spinning laser in the open area. Drop down below that Watcher to find the chest.

Lore Entry #42 (Memory - Entry 83890 - Offerings) is to the right before dropping down to the area below the large room where you activate three orbs.

Lore Entry #43 (Character - Otis) is on the white-symbol platform to the left of the red-lit statue.

Lore Entry #44 (Memory - Entry #60435 - Horns) is on the right immediately after going through the door Otis was guarding.

Lore Entry #45 (Memory - Entry #74845 - Taken) is through the small gap on the right before the red-lit room at the top of the stairs.

Lore Entry #46 (Memory - Entry #678 - Stopped Clocks) is to the right of the statue in the boss room.

Lore Entry #47 (Memory - Entry #33770 - The Factory) is in plain sight as you pass through the purple-lit room.

Drift Crystal #7 is in the Otis NPC room just after the previous entry. Look up-right for the symbol marking its location.

Lore Entry #48 (Memory - Entry #04923 - Machinations) is on the far side of the room after the Mother's Eyes fight, reached by using blue platforms from orbs after the jump pad.

Health Increase #7 is underneath the next station. Pass the station, follow the wall symbol, and drop down below the platform.

Lore Entry #49 (Memory - Entry #74145 - The Twins) is to the left of the Twins in the same station.

Lore Entry #50 (Memory - Entry #87810 - Hard Labour) is on the rock to the right immediately after depossessing the Twins.

Drift Crystal #8 is on the floating rock next to the first shielded Watcher in the outside area with the massive orb. Shoot it mid-air from the first or second Watcher.

Lore Entry #51 (Memory - Entry #474 - Old Soul) is on the ground inside the large blue pipes once you enter the massive orb.

Health Increase #8 is through a small gap after dashing through a red barrier past the wooden crate towers. Use the grappling point to the upper room with the white symbol, then slip through the gap on the right.

Lore Entry #65 (Memory - Entry #5928 - The Guardians) is through the triangular door at the far left end of the boss room.

Drift Crystal #10 is directly behind you after the long drop at the start of the sub-chapter. Turn around before heading toward the red-lit stairs.

Lore Entry #66 (Memory - Entry #2891 - Essence) is to the right in the Birthing Chamber, next to the head resembling Aylin.

Lore Entry #67 (Memory - Entry #2892 - Lonely Monsters) is to the left of the next head further along.

Weapon Upgrade #3 - Monarch's Lance Upgrade is inside the same building as Drift Crystal #11. Go left through the triangular door after the grappling points.

Lore Entry #70 (Character - Orion) is just outside the round story door near the first switch, reached by grappling back to the level start.

Lore Entry #71 (Character - Atticus Lynch) is in plain sight after passing through the circular door opened by two switches.

Lore Entry #72 (Memory - Entry #05621 - Bound) is in a small room through a gap to the left of a white wall symbol near the top of the ascending platform-and-grapple section.

Lore Entry #73 (Memory - Entry #96011 - Trail of Bones) is to the left in plain sight just after dashing through a metal grate at the top of a jump pad to reach a Watcher.

Lore Entry #74 (Character - Sylvan Maynard) is in the tunnel to the left of Sylvan at the chapter's start.

Lore Entry #75 (Memory - Entry #96012 - No Further) is through a symbol-marked hole in the left wall at the top of the short stairs after the first gap dash in the Pillar of Ash area.

Health Increase #9 is behind bars above a room entered after a dash-and-grapple gap crossing. Exit the room, go right, follow the pipe around the corner, and enter the small gap to reach the chest.

Lore Entry #76 (Memory - Entry #56745 - Crystalisation 03) is to the left of the Atom Splitter weapon.

Lore Entry #77 (Memory - Entry #020921 - Lost in the Fog) is through a hole near a symbol on the left wall before the third Atom Splitter door on the suspended platform.

Lore Entry #78 (Memory - Entry #18292 - Fear of Falling) requires hitting three targets with the Atom Splitter. After the moving platform section and grapple gap, enter the gap on the left immediately after landing, go left, and hit all three targets to open the door.

Drift Crystal #12 is on an optional path marked by a wall symbol just before the top of a series of suspended jump pads in the same area.

The Hanging Towers (5 collectibles)

Health Increase #10 is the final health upgrade. After talking to Orion and Everett, find the room with explosive floating enemies. Head up the stairs, look for a small gap in the wall to the left of the entrance door, and dash to it. Follow the path to the chest.

Lore Entry #79 (Memory - Entry #1918 - The Pipes) is on the far side of the second moving platform (the single one) after descending from Sylvan. Walk all the way around the tower.

Drift Crystal #13 is at the end of a blob-cleared path to the left, found immediately after grappling across the gap following the Mother's Eyes room. A wall symbol marks the turn.

Lore Entry #80 (Memory - Entry #2933 - Climbing) is in plain sight on the red-lit platform to the right in the metal ring structure area. This is also where you get the Widow Warden possession ability.

Lore Entry #85 (Memory - Entry #3920 - Weakened) is at the statue at the back of the room with the up-down moving platform, reached after navigating around the building's side.

Drift Crystal #14 is at the top of the bridge after riding a Twin along a rail. Grapple to the first point, look right for a second, then grapple straight up to the top.
