Anime Squadron just dropped on Roblox, and Komplex Studio has already pushed out a wave of free codes to celebrate the launch. Eleven codes are active right now, covering everything from Gems and Gold to Trait Shards and Perfect Cubes.
What the codes actually give you
Gems are the main currency you need to Summon new Units through the game's gacha system. Units are auto-battlers inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, and Dragon Ball Z, and you deploy them in the main campaign to hold your base against incoming waves. The stronger the unit, the better your chances of surviving later stages.
Trait Shards and Reroll Cubes handle the build side of things. Traits modify how your units perform, so having a stockpile of Shards and Cubes early means you can reroll bad traits without spending hard-earned resources. Perfect Cubes are rarer and sit at the top of that tier. Gold feeds into general progression. Here's the full breakdown of what's live right now.

The two biggest Gem payouts come from Tysm10kCCU! and Tysm5kCCU!, which together hand out 6,000 Gems. That's a meaningful head start for anyone trying to pull strong units before the playerbase grows and competition ramps up.
How to redeem them
Launch Anime Squadron on Roblox, then look for the Codes button on the left side of the screen. Tap it, type your code exactly as written into the text box (capitalization matters), and hit Redeem Code. Repeat for each one.
The bigger picture for Roblox anime games
Anime Squadron sits in a crowded genre. Roblox has no shortage of anime-flavored tower defense experiences pulling from the same IP well. What sets Anime Squadron apart, at least at launch, is the variety of game modes beyond the standard campaign, giving players more reasons to keep logging in once their unit roster fills out.
The naming pattern of the codes tells a story too. SorryForBugs!, SorryForDelay!, and SorryForChanges! suggest a rocky early access period that Komplex Studio is compensating players for. That's a good sign for long-term support, assuming the apology codes keep coming alongside actual fixes.
