Halo Infinite, which also includes Halo Infinite (Campaign), received a surprise multiplayer update in November 2026.
Community maps after Operation: Infinite
Halo Studios announced in November 2025 that Operation: Infinite would be Halo Infinite's last planned major content update, with development resources shifting toward future Halo projects. The studio still committed to maintaining multiplayer through rotating challenges, ranked seasons, and community events.
Halo Infinite was developed by 343 Industries and is the sixth mainline Halo entry. Its semi-open-world campaign follows Master Chief against the Banished on Zeta Halo; the Halo Infinite (Campaign) guides cover that side of the game.
The Halo Fest Forge Contest winners will be announced at Halo Fest in December.
