Secret boss #1: Black Bull (World 1, Green Planet)
Black Bull is the most accessible secret boss in the game, sitting right in World 1. From the spawn point on Green Planet, head left and watch for the Green Planet VIII NPC on your left side. Interact with him to start the fight.
Secret boss #2: Jolios (King) (World 4, Titan City)
Jolios (King) is found in World 4. From the Titan City spawn, look right and find the path running between two buildings. Follow it through the broken wall to reach the Titan City VIII NPC.
Jolios (King) has the highest combat power of any secret boss in the current roster at 31,449, and notably the unit it drops is Time Emperor, not Jolios itself. The Shiny Time Emperor drop rate of 0.01% is the rarest single drop in the entire secret boss pool, so don't expect that one to land quickly.

Secret boss #3: Battle Maniac (World 6, Gold District)
Head to World 6's Gold District and navigate toward the main boss NPC (Gold District VII). From there, take either side path around the castle directly behind that NPC. The Gold District VIII NPC waits in a garden area at the back.
Secret boss #4: 23rd Magic Emperor (World 10, Magic Kingdom)
This is arguably the easiest secret boss to find. Spawn at Magic Kingdom (World 10), walk toward the Magic Kingdom VII boss NPC, then turn left. The Magic Kingdom VIII NPC is standing behind a house right there.
