To get the Amazing Liquefactive Bighead in Roblox, complete The Hollow's Floor 6 Animal Hospital puzzle, collect its relic, and carry it back into the elevator. The puzzle asks you to match three colored ingredients to the recipe above a cauldron. Finishing the brew produces a black key, but the reward only arrives after you escape with it.
The recipe, ingredient locations, and puzzle room location vary between players. Use the color chart below to identify your ingredients, then follow the route through the dark maze and back to the elevator.
Which ingredients match each cauldron color?
The Animal Hospital cauldron displays three colored icons that determine your recipe. Each color corresponds to a particular ingredient. Match the objects using this table, then deposit them in the order shown above your cauldron.

For example, an orange, cyan, and white recipe needs a Pumpkin, Feather, and Bone, in that order. That is one possible combination, not a universal solution. Your own cauldron's icons decide which ingredients you need.

What should you bring to Floor 6?
Floor 6 is dark, and the Mimic Anomaly from Animal Hospital pursues players in the area. Bring a Flashlight or Night Vision Goggles to help you navigate the maze and inspect the hospital's darker corners.
Both lighting items are available at the Little Shop of Terror using Hollow Tickets. Choose one before heading upstairs. The light helps you see where you're going, but you still need to avoid the creature while finding the puzzle room and returning with the relic.
How do you select the correct floor?
Enter The Hollow's theatre and walk to the elevator at the back. Step inside and select Floor 6 on the elevator controls. This takes you to the maze containing the Animal Hospital puzzle room.
How do you find the Animal Hospital room?
The Animal Hospital puzzle room has a randomized location, so there is no fixed sequence of turns that works for everyone. Explore the corridors and check the rooms along the way. When a corridor ends, backtrack and take another branch instead of continuing to search that dead end.
The room resembles the Animal Hospital lobby. Once you find and enter it, look to the right of the entrance for the cauldron. Read its three colored icons before picking up ingredients, because those icons determine your entire collection task.
Find the Animal Hospital room
Treat the search as two separate jobs: first locate Animal Hospital within the Floor 6 maze, then search its hospital area for your recipe ingredients. The randomized maze room and randomized ingredient positions are separate parts of the challenge.

How do you brew the Floor 6 relic?
Read the cauldron's recipe, identify the first ingredient using the color table, and search the hospital area for that object. You can carry one item at a time, so bring each ingredient back to the cauldron separately.
Where should you search for ingredients?
Check the hospital lobby and its circular room, including the beds, chairs, and flower pots. Ingredients can appear on top of hospital beds, near chairs, or in flower pots. Search nearby rooms as well if you still need a matching object.
Ingredient positions vary between players. A bed, chair, or pot is a place to inspect, not a guaranteed spawn for a particular ingredient. Keep searching the hospital area until you find the object matching your next recipe color.
In what order should you add the ingredients?
Complete the recipe in the sequence displayed above the cauldron:
- Find the ingredient matching the first colored icon.
- Carry it back and place it in the cauldron.
- Find and deposit the ingredient matching the second icon.
- Repeat for the third icon.
- Collect the black key that appears after the correct recipe is complete.
For the example orange, cyan, and white recipe, that means delivering the Pumpkin first, the Feather second, and the Bone third. If your icons show different colors, substitute the matching ingredients rather than following that example.
What happens if you add the wrong ingredient?
A mistaken deposit can be corrected. Replace the wrong ingredient or put in the correct one to continue. Check the icons above the Animal Hospital cauldron again, identify the required object, and return with that ingredient.
Once the correct combination is finished, a black key appears. This is the relic you need for the final return trip. Pick it up before leaving the puzzle area.
How do you escape with the relic and claim the reward?
With the black key collected, leave the Animal Hospital puzzle room and return through Floor 6 to the elevator. Avoid the Mimic Anomaly during the trip. The objective is to bring the relic into the elevator, not merely finish the cauldron recipe.
Successful completion awards the Floor 6 badge and Amazing Liquefactive Bighead accessory automatically. There is no separate hub collection point to visit afterward. The Bighead is a free hat accessory and belongs to the Bighead series.
Before ending your run, check that you completed every part of the Floor 6 objective:
- Matched all three cauldron colors with the correct ingredients.
- Added those ingredients in the displayed order.
- Picked up the black key after brewing.
- Returned to and entered the elevator with the relic.
