Asylum Life's Halloween event hides 20 pumpkins across every corner of the asylum, from the open patient yard to a locked vault that only appears during an active heist. Collect all 20 and you walk away with 1,000 Candy and a Bomb Skin, but you'll need to cycle through at least three different teams to reach them all. Here's every location, organized by which team you need to be on, so you can clear the whole list in one efficient run through Roblox.

How does the pumpkin hunt work in Asylum Life?
The mission is called FIND 20 HIDDEN PUMPKINS and lives under Jobs > Halloween. Walk up to any pumpkin and hold the interact key to collect it. A fiery burst plays and an on-screen counter updates, something like "You've Collected 7 Pumpkin(s)!" If no message appears, the pickup didn't register, so hold the key again.
The 20 pumpkins split across three access tiers:
- Any team (10 pumpkins): Patient areas, the lobby, Dining Hall, Movie Theater, and outdoor spaces
- Staff only, not Medical (8 pumpkins): Cubic Reception, Lower Cubic, Maintenance rooms, and the watch tower
- Medical or high-clearance staff (2 pumpkins): Hospital areas including the Geforce Room
- Heist only (1 pumpkin): Secure Storage, accessible only during an active armory heist
Once you hit 20, go back to Jobs > Halloween and hit CLAIM to receive your reward.

Start as a Patient and knock these out first. They cover the central map, the Dining Hall wing, and the patient intake building.

Central area and lobby
The Talent Stage tree is the tallest landmark in the central zone. Climb the trunk to reach Pumpkin 1 at the very top. Pumpkin 2 sits in the leaf pile on the right side of the stage at ground level, so grab both before moving on.
Walk straight from any Patient spawn room and you'll hit the painting area. Pumpkin 3 is out in the open on the table between the easels. For Pumpkin 4, take the stairs to the right of the painting area, go right again, and look for the room with a wooden plank nailed over the window.
Dining Hall, Movie Theater, and kitchen
The Movie Theater is near the Top Donators leaderboard beside the Dining Hall. Pumpkin 6 glows beside the couch just inside the entrance, the room is dark so look for the orange glow. Head back to the Dining Hall, go toward the Shop, and the Patient Kitchen entrance is on your left. Pumpkin 8 is inside the stove at the far end.
From the Dining Hall, take the stairs up to the Aven Suites walkway. Pumpkin 5 rests on the stacked hay bales right next to the VIP Gamepass board.

Patient Intake, Laundromat, and Garden
Pumpkin 7 sits on top of the orange vending machines in the Patient Intake building. Stand on the blue mat in front of the machines to get enough height to grab it. In the Laundromat, find the lock near the trash cans and interact with it to open a hidden door into The Dive. Pumpkin 9 is in the top-left corner of that room.
For the Garden, enter the Therapy area and take the first door on your left. Pumpkin 10 is on the floor in the back corner, behind the chairs.
Staff-only pumpkin locations (Orderly, Janitor, Guard)
Open the team menu and switch to any staff role except Medical. Your keycard unlocks the restricted barriers for these eight pumpkins.

Pumpkin 11 is on the front desk at Cubic Reception in Sector 3. From there, head down to Lower Cubic at the bottom of the stairs. At the end of the corridor, turn left and look along the wall for Pumpkin 12 on the seat beside the purple sofas.
The B1 Maintenance room has a witch's cauldron in the hallway near the UTILITY CORRIDOR sign. Pumpkin 13 floats inside it. For Pumpkin 14, head to the Auxiliary Armory and walk toward the Staff Auxiliary Armory entrance. The Maintenance Access room is on your left, and the pumpkin is on the cylindrical pedestal inside.
Pumpkin 15 is near the Orderly Shop. Exit through the door to the right of the Ella NPC and look for the desk next to the Most Monthly Arrests leaderboard. Pumpkin 16 requires Guard or Janitor specifically. The watch tower entrance is on the hospital side of the patient area, and the pumpkin is on the console desk inside the glass control room.

Hospital and Medical pumpkin locations
Switch to the Medical team for these. Any staff role can enter the hospital building, but the Geforce Room requires high-level clearance, which Medical provides.
- Pumpkin 17 (Outside Brain Scan): On a dark container just outside the Brain Scan room, under the UNDER CONSTRUCTION sign. Accessible as any non-Medical staff.
- Pumpkin 18 (Inside Brain Scan): Hidden inside the MRI scanner tube in the Brain Scan room.
- Pumpkin 19 (Geforce Room): Behind the machine in the Geforce Room. Requires high clearance, so switch to Medical before heading here.
How to get the heist vault pumpkin
Pumpkin 20 is the trickiest of the set. It sits on top of the gray lockers in the Secure Storage room, which is only accessible during an active armory heist.
- Switch to the Patient team and buy an ECM Jammer and a Crowbar from the shop.
- Check whether the armory heist is currently available. If it's on cooldown, join a different server and buy the tools again.
- Use the Crowbar to open the vents and crawl toward the Auxiliary Armory.
- Once the Staff Auxiliary Armory gate opens, move through the doors behind it until you reach Secure Storage.
- Collect the pumpkin from the top of the lockers.
What do you get for collecting all 20 pumpkins?
Once your counter hits 20, open Jobs > Halloween and select CLAIM on the FIND 20 HIDDEN PUMPKINS mission. The reward is 1,000 Candy and a Bomb Skin.
