Bizarre Lineage boss guide: every raid and miniboss explained

Bizarre Lineage packs a lot of boss content across its map, and if you're going in blind you'll waste runs on encounters you're not ready for or miss the farms that actually matter. Whether you're grinding early EXP at the gas station or prepping for the Prison Escape Raid at level 50, knowing exactly where to go and what to bring makes the difference between a productive session and a frustrating wipe. This guide covers every major boss in Roblox Bizarre Lineage, from the friendliest entry-point raid to the most demanding endgame encounters.

Where should you start with raids?

If you're new to raiding in Bizarre Lineage, Muhammad Avdol is the answer. He's widely considered the easiest raid boss in the game and sits at a recommended level of 15+, making him accessible almost immediately after you've found your footing. His arena is near Bus Stop 8, and clearing him gives you early raid practice plus progress on the awakening chain. Think of him as the game's tutorial for raid pacing before the real difficulty spikes kick in.

Once you're comfortable with raid rhythm, Yoshikage Kira at Bus Stop 11 (recommended level 30+) acts as your first real build check. Kira punishes aggressive melee entries hard, so if your sustain or spacing is off, you'll know immediately. Clearing him consistently means your build is ready for the tougher encounters ahead.

How do you farm EXP efficiently with minibosses?

Okuyasu Nijimura Prime at the T-Point Gas Station near Bus Stop 9 is the go-to miniboss for leveling. Available from level 10+, he offers excellent EXP per run and fits cleanly into fast grind loops. If you're trying to push levels quickly before hitting the mid-game raids, this is the most efficient repeat farm in the game. Run him until you're comfortable at level 30, then shift focus to Kira and Jotaro Kujo.

Polnareff is a different kind of miniboss. He spawns on a timer across servers rather than at a fixed location, so you'll need to keep an eye out rather than route to him directly. The payoff is worth the wait: he drops the Requiem Arrow needed for Silver Chariot Requiem evolution, plus the Soul Resonance Hat and Soul Resonance Belt accessories. If SCR is on your roadmap, farming Polnareff is non-negotiable.

What are the endgame raids and what do they drop?

Death 13: Dream Dimension

Death 13 is the first of the major endgame raids added in Update 1. You enter through the Game Contractor NPC at Bus Stop 8, which takes you into the Dream Dimension. Death 13 uses dream-based attacks and crowd control that can lock you down fast if your build lacks sustain. At level 35+, this raid is approachable before you're fully geared for the hardest content.

The key drops here are the Nightmare Soul, Darkened Soul, and Death 13 Tarot Card (which grants the Death 13 Stand). The Darkened Soul is a Soul Calibre quest component, and the Nightmare Soul feeds into TWOH crafting prep. The Raid Shop also sells unique perks: Frenzied State, Desperation, Mr. Downstairs, and Daycare.

The World Over Heaven Raid

This is the farm you'll return to repeatedly if TWOH is your goal. Dio Over Heaven hits hard and applies time-stop pressure throughout the fight, so level 45+ is the floor, not a suggestion. The raid sits along the mountain path route near Bus Stop 18.

You need 7 Heaven Ascended Elixirs to craft The World Over Heaven, and they only drop here. Singularity is a rarer drop from the same raid, so bring a farming-focused build and plan for multiple clears. The raid also drops Dio's Diary, Dio's Bone, and Requiem Arrow, making it useful even if TWOH isn't your immediate priority. The Raid Shop offers Heaven's Fire, Overrule Fate, and Heaven's Rule.

Prison Escape Raid

The Prison Escape Raid is the most complex encounter in the game. It runs across 5 zones with multi-stage boss encounters, an alliance system, and keycard-gated progression. The recommended level is 50, and that cap exists for good reason.

Before you enter, you need two keycards. The Lower Keycard comes from Emporio and costs $5,000 plus a Burner Phone. The Higher Keycard comes from Prisoner Connor in exchange for 3 Dio's Bones. Bring those Bones before you queue.

The boss order runs: Jotaro (Part 6)AnasuiViviana/Planet WavesPucci C-MoonPucci True MIH plus 2 secret bosses. The alliance system lets you side with Jolyne (better against C-Moon) or Weather Report (better against True MIH). Pick based on which phase you struggle with more.

Key drops include Deep Stone (TWOH crafting material), Unbreakable Essence (required for SPTW evolution), Dio's Diary, Requiem Arrow, and Motorcycle Wheel/Body components for crafting the motorcycle mount. The raid is located at Green Dolphin Street Prison, nearest to Bus Stop 1 (SE).

How does DIO fit into the progression chain?

DIO at Bus Stop 13 (level 45+) is the late-game wall in the standard awakening progression chain before you move into the specialized raids. He drops Dio's Diary and Dio's Bone, both of which feed directly into TWOH crafting and the Prison Escape Raid keycard system. A stable PvE build with good sustain is required here. Players who rush DIO without testing their build on Kira and Jotaro first tend to find out the hard way that their setup isn't ready.

Night Vampires: what's the deal?

Night Vampires aren't a single boss encounter. They're roaming threats that appear across the map's dangerous routes during nighttime. At level 20+, they're manageable but require route planning more than raw damage output. They support vampire-themed progression and give combat practice in a less structured format than the raid arenas. If you're building toward Vampirism as a fighting style, these encounters have direct relevance to your path.

For a full look at how fighting styles interact with your build, the Your Bizarre Adventure fighting styles guide covers every style from Boxing to Vampirism with skill breakdowns worth reading alongside this boss guide.

Building toward TWOH: what's the full material checklist?

Crafting The World Over Heaven requires materials from multiple raids. Here's the consolidated list based on what the raids drop:

  • 7x Heaven Ascended Elixir from the TWOH Raid (Dio Over Heaven)
  • Singularity from the TWOH Raid (rare drop)
  • Deep Stone from the Prison Escape Raid
  • Dio's Diary from DIO or the TWOH Raid
  • Darkened Soul from the Death 13 Raid (Soul Calibre quest component)
  • Nightmare Soul from the Death 13 Raid

For a broader look at which Stands are worth building toward once you have your materials, the Bizarre Lineage tier list ranks every Stand and Sub Ability for both PvP and PvE so you can make an informed decision before committing to a grind.
