- Awaken all five Skeletal Hands around the ritual area

How to reach Hex Stage V
Hex Stage V requires 1,000 Hex Energy. You build that total by offering Witch's Ingredients to Beatrix's Cauldron, located near Beatrix's tree in Caustic Hallow. Use the Offer Ingredient or Offer All Ingredients prompts to deposit items. A running total updates after each offering.

How to complete the Omniscient Ritual step by step
- Head to the ritual grounds in Caustic Hallow and speak to the Frankenstein NPC.
- Open the Rituals menu and select the Omniscient Ritual.
- Confirm that the Eldritch Ritual, Hex Stage V, and all five Skeletal Hands show as complete.
- Place the seven Jack-o-Lantern offerings at the Jack-o-Lanterns: the four mutated Jagged Bones, Zombie Nessie, Plush Nessie, and the Dark Art Skull.
- Place the five Skeletal Hand offerings: the Boglin, Doomsekkar, and Dutchman's Curse Jagged Bones, plus Omniscient Souls and Omniscient Bone.

The 300% Luck and infinite weight cap are the headline numbers. No weight ceiling means you can target any fish regardless of size, which opens up catches that other rods simply cannot land.
