The FischFright 3 event in Roblox brings back Beatrix the Witch for a third year running, and her hex system is the most reward-dense track in the entire event. Five stages, 1,000 Hex Energy worth of prizes, and a separate ingredient milestone track running alongside it. This guide covers every step: where to find Beatrix, how to farm Witch's Ingredients efficiently, and exactly what you get at each hex milestone.

How do you get to Beatrix the Witch?

Beatrix sits on Caustic Hallow, the seasonal event island. She does not appear on any of the standard fishing maps. To reach her, head south from Moosewood Island until you spot the Flying Dutchman, a ship with a distinctive green glow. Board it, talk to the captain, and select Set Sail! to travel to Caustic Hallow.

Once you land, walk left from the central fountain. Beatrix is under a large spooky tree with an oversized cauldron in front of her. Every Witch's Ingredient you drop into that cauldron raises your Hex Energy and pays out 500 C$ plus 25 to 50 Treats per ingredient. The cauldron is the only way to advance your hex progress.

How do you get Witch's Ingredients?

Goblin quests are the primary source. Start the chain by talking to the Youngster Goblin near house 506 on Caustic Hallow. After that, Goblins spawn across the map every five minutes and stay active for 15 minutes. You get an on-screen notification when one appears, so keep an eye on it.

Three Goblins spawn per wave across 13 possible locations: Moosewood, Roslit Bay, Forsaken Shores, Mushgrove, Scoria Reach, Ancient Isle, Lost Jungle, Terrapin, Snowcap Island, Skycrest, Sunstone, Castaway Cliffs, and Everturn Forest. That is a significant upgrade from FischFright 2, which limited spawns to one Goblin at a time with a maximum of two on the map.

Each Goblin gives you a short timed task: catch a fish, dance, use the chat, or answer a holiday trivia question. Finish it before the 15-minute window closes to earn ingredients. Rarer Goblin variants occasionally appear and drop higher-tier rewards when completed. Finishing the Youngster Goblin quest chain also rewards the Boglin Branch Rod, 800 Treats, and 5,000 XP.

What rewards do you get for submitting ingredients?

Ingredients feed two separate reward tracks simultaneously. The Hex Energy track is the main progression system (covered below), but there is also a standalone ingredient milestone track with its own prizes based purely on your total submissions.

Hex Energy unlocks rewards in five stages. Each stage also has a Bestiary completion requirement, meaning you need to fish up enough unique species to unlock the next tier. Fishing new catches and running Goblin quests are not separate goals; they feed the same progression.

What happens after 750 Hex Energy?

The rewards keep coming past 750. Every additional 50 Hex Energy past that threshold earns one random prize from the following pool:

RewardTypeChance
Grim RelicFish15.15%
Vile RelicFish15.15%
Doomed RelicFish15.15%
Licorice x25Bait11.36%
Black Licorice x25Bait11.36%
Taffy Pieces x25Bait11.36%
Sour Jelly Candy x25Bait11.36%
Eldritch RelicFish9.09%

The three standard relics (Grim, Vile, Doomed) dominate the pool at 15.15% each, making them the most likely drops. The Eldritch Relic is the rarest at 9.09%, so if you need multiples for rituals, plan for some grinding past 750.

Speaking of rituals, the relics you earn here feed directly into FischFright 3's ceremony system. For a full breakdown of how each relic is used, check the FischFright 3 complete ritual guide.

What else should you do during FischFright 3?

The hex track is the backbone of FischFright 3, but it connects to several other systems worth pursuing in parallel. The Bestiary requirement means you need to catch as many unique fish as possible, and the event adds 44 new species to find. For a complete list of every catchable fish with exact bait and timing requirements, the Fisch FischFright 3 all fish guide has every entry covered.

Relics earned through the hex track and the ingredient milestone track also connect to the broader relic and skull system. If you want to understand what each relic does and how to farm them beyond the hex rewards, the FischFright 3 relics and skulls guide covers the full picture.

The event runs through November 9, 2026. Every reward here is time-limited, so the earlier you start the Goblin loop, the more comfortable your path to 1,000 Hex Energy becomes. For more FischFright 3 coverage and the rest of our Fisch content, browse the full Roblox guides collection.
