If you already have an Invisibility Cloak, it can help you avoid the Inspector during the search. Keep your return route in mind while using it, since you still need to deliver the relic to the elevator.
What happens after the fourth pumpkin lights?
Completing the four-pumpkin objective makes the seventh relic available. Check the objective message, collect the relic, and head back to the elevator. Lighting the final pumpkin is the cue to collect your delivery item, not the end of the challenge.
