To earn this free head accessory in Roblox, you need to escape with a Hollow Key, collect 8 Cake Slices in Banana's Basement, and pick up Lolwen to earn the event badge. Then return to The Hollow Hub and claim the accessory from the Banana Eats podium on Floor 6. The badge and avatar item are separate pickups, so that final hub visit matters. Which rewards do you earn during the Lolwen quest?
Lolwen is a hat in the LOL series, but the accessory is only one reward attached to this quest. Escaping with the Hollow Key, finishing the basement, and visiting the event hub each serve a different purpose.

The 10 Tickets are tied to redeeming your badge in the event hub. The accessory requires its own interaction with the Floor 6 podium, even after you have completed everything inside Banana Eats.

How do you escape with the Hollow Key?
Search while playing as a Survivor
The Hollow Key can only be collected as a Survivor. If you are playing as the Banana, wait for a round in which you have the Survivor role before attempting this step.
Look for a small red key attached to a keychain. Its location is random, and multiple Hollow Keys can appear during a round, so there is no single spawn point to rush. Search rooms methodically, checking low areas and corners rather than relying on a fixed route.
Click or tap the Hollow Key when you find it. That collects the key, but it does not finish the requirement. You must still escape the round with it.
Collect the key as a Survivor
Protect the key until the exits open
Once you have the Hollow Key, survival becomes the priority. Losing all 3 lives removes the key, which means another search in a later round.
These mechanics help you reach an exit:
- Watch your beacon. It glows when the Banana is nearby, giving you a warning while searching.
- Use crawl spaces during a chase. They are harder for the Banana to follow you through.
- Help with puzzles before securing the key. Completing puzzles with other players shortens the round timer and brings the exits closer to opening.
- Move toward an exit as the final phase begins. Escape with the key rather than continuing to explore.
The normal 3-life buffer also has a limit: during the end-of-round phase, the Banana can kill you instantly regardless of your remaining health. Do not treat a healthy character as permission to linger near the exit.
How do you complete Banana's Basement?
Enter through the red lobby door
After successfully escaping with the Hollow Key, return to the Banana Eats lobby and interact with the red door. This takes you into Banana's Basement, where the objective changes to collecting 8 Cake Slices.
The basement is a maze with narrow corridors and jump scares. Unlike the random key search, this section gives you arrows to follow. Use those directions to work through the route instead of wandering between corridors.

Collect the Cake Slices along the arrow-marked route and keep track of how many you have picked up. The route eventually brings you back toward the entrance area for the final slice.
The basement's scares can make it tempting to run without checking your direction. A steady sweep works better here: follow the arrows, collect each slice, and continue through the next section.
Pick up Lolwen after the cutscene
Collecting slice 8 triggers a cutscene that leads into the LOL Omniverse. Once it ends, several items float in front of you. Collect Lolwen to receive the Hollow Banana Eats Badge.
Use the red door in front of you afterward to return to the Banana Eats lobby. With the badge earned, you can leave Banana Eats and finish the reward claim in The Hollow Hub.
Where do you claim Lolwen on Floor 6?
Return to The Hollow Hub, enter the lift, and select Floor 6. Your destination is the Banana Eats room, reached through that floor's maze.
The Floor 6 maze has a changing layout, so a fixed sequence of left and right turns is not a dependable route. Follow one side of the corridors consistently to reduce repeated searching. Watch for wandering entities, and back away or wait when one moves into your path.
Once you reach the Banana Eats room:
- Find Lolwen displayed on the podium.
- Interact with Lolwen to claim the free avatar accessory.
- Redeem your earned Banana Eats badge in the hub for 10 Tickets.

What should you check if your Lolwen claim is unfinished?
You collected a key but cannot access the basement
Check how your key attempt ended. The requirement is an escape while still carrying the Hollow Key, not simply finding it during a round. If you lost all 3 lives before leaving, return to a Survivor round and repeat the key search.
You finished the basement but the hub has not registered the badge
Make sure you collected Lolwen after the cutscene. Collecting all 8 Cake Slices triggers that sequence, but the floating Lolwen pickup is what awards the badge. If you already collected it, allow a moment for the hub to register the reward and reload the area before replaying the quest.
You have the badge but not the avatar item
Go to the Banana Eats room on Floor 6 and interact with its podium. The badge confirms the Banana Eats quest is complete; the podium is still required to collect the hat.
